42 Conclusie EGFR mutatie Positie van insertie in exon 20 van belang voor response >> exacte mutatie bepalen met Sanger/NGS EGFR-TKI s gaan niet werken Eventueel cetuximab.

43 Conclusie MDO Gevonden insertie in EGFR waarschijnlijk niet gevoelig voor TKI s. Mogelijk wel gevoelig voor EGFR antilichaam. Dit wordt ingepast in reguliere behandelopties.
