19 Concluding remarks 1. Een veelbelovende methode voor identificatie HR deficiente tumoren 2. Behoorlijk percentage van borst- ovariumtumoren is HRD (~25-50%) 3. Analyse van BRCA1 en BRCA2 mogelijk onvoldoende; uitbreiding andere genen voldoende of is gebruik van functionele analyse noodzakelijk om alle HRD tumoren te selecteren? 4. Ook te gebruiken voor andere tumoren Voorspelt de afwezigheid van RAD51 foci gevoeligheid voor PARP remmers? Ex vivo meten van gevoeligheid voor PARP remmers Klinische studies waarbij resultaat van assay gecorreleerd wordt aan gevoeligheid voor PARP remmers
