11 P004-B1 CEP17 amplificatie (WSB1) gehele CHR17 amplificatie! Bij 2/111 tumoren was heel 17q geamplificeerd, incl WSB1 en CEP17 Polysomie van chromosoom 17 is erg zeldzaam Chromosoom 17 vertoont gains en losses onafhankelijk van de centromeer status met als gevolg dat, tenminste in sommige gevallen, correctie met CEP17 probes misleidende HER2 gen status resultaten kan opleveren.
