Normgegevens Cito-LVS toetsen Op de volgende pagina s vindt u de normgegevens voor verschillende toetsen uit het Cito- Leerlingvolgsysteem, op leerlingniveau en op groepsniveau. Deze gegevens zijn te gebruiken als richtlijn voor het stellen van doelen op leerlingniveau en groepsniveau. Toelichting Focus-handboek Normgegevens Toelichting normgegevens op leerlingniveau De tabellen op leerlingniveau bevatten de volgende informatie: - Per toetsmoment per niveau (A-E en I-V) de range aan vaardigheidsscores (figuur 1, blauwe kaders) - Tussen twee toetsmomenten per niveau (A-E en I-V) de gemiddelde vaardigheidsgroei (figuur 1, groen kader) Figuur 1. Normgegevens Rekenen-Wiskunde, op leerlingniveau De gemiddelde vaardigheidsgroei per niveau is gebaseerd op de range aan vaardigheidsscores per niveau op beide toetsen. Voor de niveaus A en I geldt dat het verschil tussen de ondergrenzen op beide toetsmomenten als GVG wordt genomen, voor de niveaus E en V is hiervoor de bovengrens gebruikt. Dit omdat de groei onrealistisch hoog of laag zou zijn door de extreme scores aan de uiteinden. In het voorbeeld ziet u aan de range van A- en I-scores dat een A- of I-leerling tussen de E6 en M7 (figuur 1, oranje kaders) maar liefst 17 punten zou groeien wanneer hij op beide toetsen nul fout maakt en in de periode M7-E7 slechts 4 punten. Voor de E- en V-leerlingen geldt in de periode M7-E7 (figuur 1, rode kaders) dat zij door nul juiste antwoorden te geven in vaardigheid achteruit gaan (van een minimale vaardigheidsscore van 8 naar een minimale vaardigheidsscore van 3). Voor de niveaus A en I geldt dat het verschil tussen de ondergrenzen op beide toetsmomenten als GVG wordt genomen, voor de niveaus E en V is hiervoor de bovengrens gebruikt. Figuur 2.
