5 Uitgangspunten ECVET is géén doel op zich Het is een instrument om (o.a.) de kwaliteit van internationale mobiliteit te verbeteren Neem uw huidige mobiliteitspraktijk als startpunt & ontdek zelf hoe ECVET van meerwaarde kan zijn Naast de technische kant, draait ECVET ook om het bouwen van duurzame partnerschappen, rondom wederzijds vertrouwen

8 Communities of Practice (1) Leerbehoefte van I-BPV begeleiders, docenten, ondernemers, ( ) uit de praktijk als startpunt Met alleen informatie downloaden of een checklist kun je ECVET niet leren, je moet er mee aan de slag Peer learning helpt. o.a. om voorbij de technische beleidstaal te komen

9 Communities of Practice (2) Een CoP bestaat uit een groep mensen die hun kennis en ervaring rond een bepaald thema of vakgebied met elkaar delen en leren om beter met de problemen en uitdagingen in de praktijk om te gaan. Networks CoP : enable connection based on shared interest : enable learning based on shared practice

10 Communities of Practice (3) Verschillende toepassingen: Beginners kunnen leren van meer ervaren gebruikers (buddy systeem) Niet opnieuw het wiel uitvinden, maar gebruik maken van het materiaal, én de ervaring met de toepassing hiervan, dat al is ontwikkeld door collega s. Bijvoorbeeld units of learning outcome, formats voor learning agreements, etc. Een Kenniscentrum kan leren van de ervaringen van collega s in andere sectoren. ( )

13 Learning outcomes Learning outcomes are statements of what a learner knows, understands and is able to do on completion of a learning process and which are defined in terms of knowledge, skills and competence

15 EQF definitions K, S, C Knowledge means the outcome of the assimilation of information through learning. Knowledge is the body of facts, principles, theories and practices that is related to a field of work or study. Skills means the ability to apply knowledge and know-how to complete tasks and solve problems. Competence means the proven ability to use knowledge, skills and personal, social and/or methodological abilities, in work or study situations and in professional and personal development. In the context of the EQF competence is described in terms of responsibility and autonomy.
