20 Conclusies Automatisering van werkprocessen is alleen succesvol als er (veel) tijd geïnvesteerd wordt: - eigen maken van hardware systemen - Creëren van back-up mogelijkheden (software en hardware) - Goede documentatie! Les van FLOW-development implementatie traject: optimalisatie van de lab-workflow essentieel voor snelle implementatie van automatisering Automatisering is een grote kwaliteitsslag, niet per se met tijdswinst Consolidatie van commerciële CE-IVD tests (HCV/HBV/HIV) maakt investering nog aantrekkelijker.
