10 We operate through 4 key program pillars Global Projects Collaborating with NGOs to cocreate innovative and sustainable solutions to specific healthcare system shortfalls and challenges Employee Volunteering Activating our people to power our mission of access to healthcare, through team and individual volunteering Local Projects Working with Philips teams and connecting with local NGOs to support over 100 projects globally to improve healthcare delivery for disadvantaged communities AHA! Ashoka Collaboration Advising and supporting Ashoka social entrepreneurs to scale their impact on access to healthcare 10

14 Result of co-creation - High risk pregnancy toolkit for fragile settings Large-scale deployment of awardwinning High Risk Pregnancy Toolkit in Kenya with Kenya Red Cross To improve knowledge capacity of the midwives, community health extension workers (CHEWs) and volunteers (CHVs) and birth assistants in identifying at risk pregnancies and making timely referrals. To increase awareness on healthy pregnancies and identification of risk for timely care in the community. Aiming to reach 250,000 people in Isiolo, Lamu, Siaya and Narok counties

15 Learnings Ontdek waar shared value zit. Matching overlappende belangen/prioriteiten is key (kiezen!) Blijf tijd/energie steken in de relatie maar vindt een goede balans tussen effort en resultaat/opbrengst Transparantie over ieders belang Governance is key (wie spreekt met wie, wie beslist wat) Intern draagvlak is key (aansluiting met kerndoelen is erg belangrijk) Co-creatie/Co-innovatie is niet gemakkelijkste manier van samenwerken Breng waar mogelijk de mensen in het veld in contact met mensen uit de business Productivity in the supply chain Shared value Social needs Local cluster development 15
