Het project Ontwikkeling van een geïntegreerd asset managment systeem voor optimale monitoring en beheersing van offshore windparken. Uitgangspunten hierbij zijn: Integratie van verschillende data bronnen Optimalisatie van operationele processen over de waarde keten Optimalisatie van system availability Reductie van kosten Tactische en strategische ondersteuning Ontwikkelingstijd DOWES is een 5 jarige R&D project en loopt tot eind 2013.
