Er is data in overvloed, maar geen overzicht! Data analyse tool met stevig EA fundament (metamodel) Data governance Voor elk data element: Data Steward Wie mag muteren / wie is verantwoordelijk? Ook als mastership in andere bron ligt! Alleen kwalitatief goede data laden! Complete / Current / Correct chasen met workflow! 18

20 Struikelblokken Maar die data hebben/verzamelen we nu helemaal niet? Zal met name de portfolio-overstijgende data betreffen De huidige gebruikersgroep: Ziet het nut van de data niet Heeft er geen belang bij Denkt er niet over na Ik doe dit wel even met Excel Onderhoudbaarheid Hoe hou je het actueel Meerdere gebruikers Kracht zit in de presentatie We laden gewoon de hele CMDB, PPM en Applicatie repository En verwachten dat een tool er iets nuttigs van maakt? Data kwaliteit is zo niet te garanderen 19

21 Waarom is EPM nodig? Om de CIO op elk gewenst moment inzicht te geven in feiten uit de eigen IT organisatie en de CIO zo in staat te stellen beslissingen te nemen om de IT strategie daadwerkelijk aan te laten sluiten op de business strategie Het is de kunst om dingen bewust niet te doen. Het gaat uiteindelijk om het creeeren van waarde. Op basis daarvan bepaal je als CIO je portfolio. 20
