Experimenteren: de fasen Leren door te experimenteren Ontwikkelen Fase 1: Ontwerp - Bedenken nieuwe ideeën en concepten (de experimenten). - Verfijnen concepten, gebruik makend van input vorige cyclus. - Zorgvuldig analyseren van observaties. - Ontwikkel of heroverweeg kennis over oorzaak gevolg Fase 4: Analyseren Iteratie Testen Fase 2: Realiseren - Bouwen virtuele modellen of fysieke prototypen om gebruikt te worden in experimenten. - Voorbereiden test opstellingen Fase 3: Testen - Testen uitvoeren, gebruik makend van modellen of prototypen. - Testomgeving, condities en casussen komen overeen met echt of gesimuleerde condities. If we discover it ourselves, we will get it to market first. The company that gets an innovation to market first will win. If we create the most and the best ideas in the industry, we will win.
