Using T-Mobile HotSpot, you can access the Internet, view your email, download attachments, play streaming audio and watch live webcasts in a variety of public locations*. Based on the 802.11b standard, often called Wi-Fi, T-Mobile HotSpot is fast, reliable and convenient and is available worldwide. Using T-Mobile HotSpot is simple. All you need is a laptop or PDA with Wi-Fi 802.11b wireless capability, HotSpot login credentials and a standard Web browser and operating system. If your device is not Wi-Fi enabled then you will need to buy a wireless networking card (Wi-Fi 802.11b) from the manufacturer or from any major electronics retailer. If you are already using a wireless network at home or in the office then you probably have the necessary equipment. How do I set my SSID? You ll need to set your SSID (or network identifier) to tmobile in order to synchronise with the T-Mobile HotSpot network. How to access? Hoe krijgt u toegang? T-Mobile offers you three easy ways to pay: T-Mobile biedt u drie makkelijke manieren om te betalen: HotSpot Pass - pay with your credit card. You do not need to be a T-Mobile customer to make use of a HotSpot Pass. You can easily and safely purchase a HotSpot Pass with your credit card. From within a T-Mobile HotSpot, launch your web browser. Your browser will bring up a login screen. Enter your credit card details, select the desired HotSpot Pass and log in. Three different types of HotSpot Pass are available, a 1-hour, 3-hour or 24-hour HotSpot Pass. You can find the rates on the login screen or on www.t-mobile.nl/hotspot. HotSpot Pass - pay cash at the HotSpot location. You can also buy a paper HotSpot Pass at many of our HotSpot locations. HotSpot Anytime - pay via your T-Mobile bill. HotSpot Anytime is available to all T-Mobile subscribers. HotSpot Anytime allows you to pay for HotSpot via your regular T-Mobile invoice. There are no one-off or recurring costs, you simply pay for every block of time you have started.* All you need to do is send a free text message to 9526 (WLAN) with the word OPEN. You will then receive a return text message with your username and password. Use these to access the T-Mobile HotSpot network worldwide. * If you have not used T-Mobile HotSpot for a while after logging in, the connection will be terminated automatically.
