1) Om toegang te krijgen tot deze mogelijkheid, kunt u via traceren naar Volg u zendingen en notificaties de gewenste instellingen aangeven.

2 ProView activeren in MyDHL+ In MyDHL+ is het mogelijk om van uw zendingen, die op uw accountnummer zijn aangemaakt, de status te zien. Daarnaast is het ook mogelijk om eventueel notificaties in te stellen voor bepaalde statussen van uw zending, bijvoorbeeld dat u een melding krijgt wanneer een zending een uitzonderingsstatus heeft. 1) Om toegang te krijgen tot deze mogelijkheid, kunt u via traceren naar Volg u zendingen en notificaties de gewenste instellingen aangeven. 2) U zult zien dat uw accountnummers waarmee u bent geregistreerd, inclusief de bijbehorende pincodes al is ingevoerd. Hier hoeft u zelf niets meer aan te veranderen. Wilt u naast de al ingevulde accountnummers, nog een accountnummer toevoegen? U kunt dan zelf een accountnummer invullen en de pincode kunt u bij de ESS afdeling via opvragen. Mocht het zijn dat uw accountnummers hier nog niet zijn ingevoerd, ook dan kunt u zelf een accountnummer invullen en de pincode opvragen bij de ESS afdeling.

3) Mocht u notificaties willen instellen om meldingen te ontvangen bij bepaalde statussen, dan zullen er in eerste instantie contactpersoon gegevens

Hier kunt u een alias invullen, aangeven of u per email of sms benaderd wilt worden en in welke taal de boodschap moet zijn.

Dit doet u onder Contacten of door bij de Beheer uw accountnummers (zie afbeelding hierboven) op Volgende' te klikken. Hier kunt u een alias invullen, aangeven of u per of sms benaderd wilt worden en in welke taal de boodschap moet zijn. 4) Vervolgens kunt u aangeven bij welke status en wanneer u graag een notificatie ontvangt. (bijvoorbeeld direct, of aan het einde van de dag, etc.) Wanneer ingevuld, klik dan op Klaar.

5) Nadat de voorkeuren succesvol ingesteld zijn, zult u bij de volgende keer bij de overzichtspagina terecht komen waar u het aantal zendingen bij de verschillende statussen kunt inzien.

Wanneer u een corporate omgeving heeft, zult u op een andere manier ProView moeten installeren. U kunt een corporate setup herkennen aan de Admin Controle in uw taakbalk van MyDHL+. 1) Ga naar Admin controle 2) Ga vervolgens naar Zending overzicht & Online facturatie opties. Hier kunt u ProView toevoegen door op Nu inschrijven te klikken.

3) Vervolgens verschijnt er een pop-up en kunt u Shipment Monitoring and Notifications selecteren. Ook kunt u daarbij een nickname toevoegen, om deze functie op een later moment terug te herkennen.

Voor de groep zelf moet namelijk nog een aanpassing gedaan worden, zodat ProView voor iedereen binnen de groep zichtbaar is. 5) Onder de Admin Controls van de groep, is het belangrijk dat Zending overzicht & online facturatie opties is aangevinkt.

6) Tot slot moet ProView nog als default ingesteld worden. Dit kan op dezelfde pagina als Admin Controls onder Zending overzicht & online facturaties opties.

Hier kunt u de nickname selecteren die u eerder heeft aangegeven. 7) Nadat u zich eenmaal heeft uitgelogd en opnieuw heeft ingelogd in MyDHL+, zult u de optie Volg uw zendingen en notificaties onder Traceren zien. Vanaf hier volgen de eerder aangegeven stappen in deze handleiding om accountnummers en notificaties aan ProView toe te voegen.

7 How to activate ProView in MyDHL+? MyDHL+ gives you the possibility to not only track your shipment but also monitor all shipments made on your account and add notifications for certain statuses. 1) You can access ProView via Track and Monitoring and Notifications. 2) You will find your registered account numbers with their pin codes included. If you would like to add another account number of yours that has not been registered in MyDHL+, you can contact the ESS department via and request the pin for the specific account number and add the information in the empty fields. Or in case no account numbers are entered here you can add your account numbers and request a pin by contacting ESS department.

8 3) In order to receive notifications for your account numbers, contacts need to be added first. You can find this under Contacts in your sidebar. Another way is to click on Next on the page Manage account numbers, as shown above. Here you can setup the notifications you would prefer. For example, immediately receive an whenever a shipment has an exception. You can save the changes by clicking Done.

A different method will be needed in order to activate ProView if you have a corporate setup. A corporate setup can be recognized by Admin Settings in your tool bar of MyDHL+. Some settings need to be adjusted in order to get the possibility of Monitoring and Notifications under Track. 1) Go to Admin Settings 2) Here you will find Shipment Monitoring & Online Billing Options where you will be able to add ProView. Click on enroll now.

10 3) A popup will appear. Here you can select Shipment Monitoring and Notifications and add a nickname. 4) Then go to Groups and click on Edit for the specific group you would like to add ProView to. 5) Shipment Monitoring & Online Billing Options needs to be checked under Admin Controls.

11 6) Lastly, shipment monitoring needs to be set as default for the specific group. You can do this on the same page as Admin Controls. Go to Shipment Monitoring & Online Billing Options and select the nickname you have created before under Default everyone in this group to. Click on save once done. 7) Finally, you can log out and log in again and will find Monitoring and Notifications under your Track button. Now the steps mentioned before do apply again in order to add account numbers and notifications to your ProView.
