1 Handleiding Registratie Mijnschoolinfo en App Nederlandstalig pagina 1-7 Registration Procedure Mijnschoolinfo and App English version see page : 8-16 Beste ouder / verzorger, Welkom bij Mijnschoolinfo, het communicatie platform voor basisonderwijs. U heeft vanuit de basisschool van uw kind informatie gekregen waarin stond dat u een uitnodiging zou ontvangen van Mijnschoolinfo via het bij uw school bekende adres. In deze mail leggen we u uit hoe de aanmeldprocedure werkt en hoe we omgaan met de beveiliging en uw privacy. Aanmelden In het systeem dat uw basisschool gebruikt, staan de gegevens van uw kind(eren). In het onderstaande stappenplan leggen wij u uit hoe het aanmelden in zijn werk gaat. Stap 1 De eerste keer registreert u zich als ouder/verzorger op ons systeem. Ga hiervoor naar U selecteert hier uw school en klikt op de knop registeren. (In deze handleiding wordt de Voorbeelschool als voorbeeld gebruikt) U kunt zich alleen registeren als uw adres in ons systeem bekend is. U dient het adres te gebruiken dat u bij uw school heeft opgegeven/bekend is. U vult uw adres en wachtwoord in. Het wachtwoord kunt u zelf kiezen. Bij het kiezen van een wachtwoord controleert ons systeem of uw wachtwoord veilig genoeg is. Het wachtwoord dient te bestaan uit minimaal 8 karakters waarvan 1 HOOFDLETTER en 1 cijfer. Mocht dat niet het geval zijn, dan ziet u een rood kruisje. U krijgt uitleg over de eisen waar het wachtwoord minimaal aan hoort te voldoen. 1

2 Stap 2 Na het aanmelden ontvangt u een activatie-link in uw mailbox. U dient de link te activeren door middel van het aanklikken van deze link. Heeft u de mail niet ontvangen? Kijk ook in de junkmail en/of ongewenste mailbox. 2

3 Stap 3 U logt in met de door u gebruikte/opgegeven gegevens. ( adres en wachtwoord) Stap 4 Als u ingelogd bent, klikt u eerst op de Button Mijn instellingen. U krijgt dan het invulformulier te zien waar u uw gegevens als ouder/verzorger kunt invullen. 3

4 U ziet het volgende scherm voor u. Vul alle velden aangeduid met * en klik uiteindelijk op Opslaan om uw gegevens definitief op te slaan. Stap 5 Als u de bovenstaande procedure hebt doorlopen, kunt u uw kind(eren) toevoegen aan uw profiel. U klikt op de button "Kind toevoegen": 4

5 Uw kind(eren) kunt u opzoeken op basis van de combinatie achternaam, de laatste 4 cijfers van het sofinummer en geboortedatum. Het maakt NIET uit voor welk kind van u dit is. Daarna kunt u, indien van toepassing, één of meerdere kinderen toevoegen. U vindt onder andere het BSN-nummer op het paspoort, SVB (kinderbijslag), zorgpas en belastingpapieren (van uw kind) Stap 6 Als u uw kind heeft gevonden, kunt u de gegevens van uw kind invullen. Vul bij alle vijf de tabs zoveel mogelijk informatie in en klik uiteindelijk in de tab Privacy-instellingen op de button Opslaan om de gegevens van uw kind op te slaan. Als u hiermee klaar bent kunt u, indien van toepassing, stap 5 herhalen. LET OP Het niet invullen/toevoegen van uw kind betekent dat u geen informatie van uw school ontvangt! Uw gegevens als ouder/verzorger Ook uw gegevens als ouder/verzorger willen wij graag als school up to date hebben. U kunt altijd uw gegevens aanpassen als ouder/verzorger onder "Mijn instellingen" 5

6 Beveiliging en wachtwoord Hierboven kon u al lezen dat het wachtwoord aan een aantal eisen dient te voldoen. Wij controleren uw wachtwoord. Het wachtwoord dient minimaal te bestaan uit 8 karakters met minimaal 1 HOOFDLETTER en 1 cijfer. Daarnaast heeft elke deelnemende school een eigen gesloten systeem. Dat betekent dat er geen andere scholen gebruik maken van hetzelfde systeem. Inloggen Mijnschoolinfo App voor ouders en verzorgers Om in te loggen in uw Mijnschoolinfo app. moet u drie dingen invullen: - uw adres (het adres dat bekend is bij uw school) - uw wachtwoord (dat u zelf heeft aangemaakt) - de naam van uw school; de juiste naam van uw school kunt u vinden door op uw school aan te klikken en vervolgens op Inloggen te klikken. U zult in de adresbalk de juiste naam van uw school vinden. Hieronder ziet u een voorbeeld waarbij Voorbeeldschool als voorbeeld gebruikt wordt. Wanneer u op bent, klikt u eerst in de lijst uw eigen school aan. Vervolgens klikt u op de Inloggen button: U zult nu het login scherm van uw school zien. In de adresbalk zult u het volgende zien: In het voorbeeld is de school Voorbeeld2 school gebruikt. De te gebruiken naam van deze school kunt u dan ook vinden in de adresbalk tussen de delen en.mijnschoolinfo.nl/users/login : In dit geval is de naam van de school die bij de App ingevuld moet worden: Voorbeeld2 Dit ziet er dan als volgt uit: 6

7 Privacy De gegevens van u en uw kinderen worden alleen door uw eigen school gebruikt en verwerkt. Uw gegevens worden niet aan derden verstrekt. Mijnschoolinfo is geregistreerd onder nummer bij het College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens. Vragen/helpdesk Raad pleeg eerst altijd onze supportpagina. Hier vind u een antwoord o de de meest voorkomende vragen. Bij vragen of problemen kunt u gebruik maken van onze helpdesk door te mailen naar : servicedesk@mijnschoolinfo.nl We vragen u om een korte omschrijving van uw vraag of probleem in te vullen. Vergeet niet te vermelden de naam van uw school en telefoonnummer. We bellen of mailen u binnen 24 uur terug. Tijdens werkdagen kunt u ook bellen tussen 9.00 uur en uur Website: 7

You have received from your child s elementary school information that you would receive an invitation from my Mijnschoolinfo via your adres that is known at your school. In this we will explain how the pairing procedure works and how we security and your privacy is organized. Sign up In the system that your elementary school use, You will find the data of your child (ren). In the following steps we explain to you the signing up procedure. Step 1 The first time you'll need to sign up as a parent/carer on our system. To do this, go to You select your school here and click on the register button. (In this guide the Voorbeeldschool used as an example) You can only register if your address is known in our system. You need to use the address that you specified at your school. You fill in your address and password. You can choose the password yourselves. When choosing a password our system checks whether your password is secure enough. The password should consist of 8 characters with at least 1 CAPITAL LETTER and 1 number. If not, you will see a red x. You will learn about the requirements where the password to be at least to hear. 8

9 Step 2 After signing up you will receive an activation link in your mailbox. You need to activate the link by clicking this link. If you don t have received the ? Also, check the junk mail and/or Junk mailbox. 9

10 Step 3 Log in with your/specified data. ( and password) Step 4 If you are logged in, click the Button "my settings". You will get to see the entry form where you can fill in your details as a parent/guardian. 10

11 You will see the following screen. Please fill in all *marked fields and finally click on "Save" to save your data permanently. 11

12 Step 5 If you follow the above procedure, you can add your children to your profile. You click on the button "Add Child": You can look up on your child (ren), by using the combination of your child s family name, the last 4 digits of the social security number and date of birth. You can then, if applicable, add one or more children. You will find the BSN-number in a passport, SVB (child benefit), health insurance card and tax papers (your child 's) 12

13 Step 6 If you have added your child, you can fill in the details of your child. Fill in as much information as possible in all five tabs and finally click "Privacy settings" on the button "Save" to save the details of your child. When you are done you can, if applicable, repeat step 5 Note If you do not fill out/adding your child means that you do not receive information from your school! Also your data your data as parent/guardian Parent/guardian as school as we would like to have up to date. You can always adjust your data as a parent/caregiver under "my settings" Security and password In the above tekst we pointed out that the password needs to meet a number of requirements. We will check your password. The password must consist of 8 characters with at least 1 CAPITAL and 1 number. In addition, each participating school had a private and closed system. That means that no other school besides your school will use this environment. 13

14 Login Mijnschoolinfo App for parents and guardians To log into your Mijnschooinfo App you must fill out three things: - your address (the address known by your school) - your password (that you created) the name of your school - the correct name of your school can be found by clicking on your school and then on "Login" button. You'll be in the address bar to find the correct name of your school. Below an example shows of using Voorbeeldschool2 is used as an example. When you're on first click in the list to your own school. Then click on the "Login" button: 14

16 The data Privacy Your and your children s data is only used and processed by your own school. Your data will not be provided to third parties. Mijnschoolinfo is registered under number with the data protection. Questions/help desk For questions, please check our website, support.
