Als ik het artikel lees dan is het artikel goed en duidelijk omschreven hoe het hele onderzoek heeft plaats gevonden. Maar als ik het dan beoordeel haalt dit artikel maar net een voldoende. Dit komt onder andere doordat er geen blindering heeft plaatsgevonden voor de behandelaars en effect beoordelaars. Er wordt in dit artikel wel duidelijk weergeven met welke oefeningen er getraind wordt en hoe vaak in de week plaats vind (zie tabel 2 voor de oefeningen). De training zelf is individueel. De studie is alleen erg klein van opzet en daarbij is er sprake van een relatieve grote uitval (5 van de 16). Om deze reden moeten de gevonden resultaten voorzichtig geïnterpreteerd worden.
