9 Prestatiegericht Bouwen Prestatie aanpak Denken en werken in termen van het resultaat in plaats van middelen. Prestatie gaat om wat een gebouw(-deel) moet doen, niet om hoe het is gebouwd. 19 Prestatie indicatoren (PI) Prestatie indicator Eigenschap van een product, gebouwdeel of gebouw die in detail de prestatie daarvan karakteriseert in relatie tot de prestatie eis die is gesteld. De indicator moet een kwantitatieve, kwalitatieve of beschrijvende parameter zijn die relatief eenvoudig kan worden bepaald.
