DOELSTELLING : Ensuring sufficient funding for projects in cost-generating departments of Deadline: 2011-12-31 De prognose voor het behalen van de doelstelling geeft aan of de manier waarop een doelstelling werd gedelegeerd en de kwaliteit van de betrokkenheid van alle belangrijke personen, toestaat om te geloven dat deze doelstelling zal worden bereikt. De doelstelling is haalbaar als: (1) de meerderheid van de deelnemers de kansen dat ze gehaald wordt hoog inschatten, erkennen dat het een geldige doelstelling is, weten dat de organisatie bezorgd is over de haalbaarheid van de prestatie en van mening is dat deze doelstelling het succes van de organisatie zal beïnvloeden. (2) geen van de personen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor deze doelstelling en diegenen die de doelstelling moeten behalen, hebben enige twijfel over de voorgaande verklaringen, en (3) personen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor dit doel en mensen die ze moeten behalen zijn het erover eens dat de middelen voor het behalen van de doelstelling op zijn minst voldoende zijn. De doelstelling is een risico als: (1) de personen die rechtstreeks verantwoordelijk zijn voor deze doelstelling of diegenen die de doelstelling gedelegeerd hebben, toegeven dat zij geen vooruitzicht hebben voor het bereiken ervan. (2)) de meerderheid van de deelnemers oordeelt dat de kansen op behalen van de doelstelling gering zijn, de doelstelling als niet erg belangrijk zien, van mening zijn dat de organisatie niet erg bezig is met het behalen ervan en van mening zijn dat het behalen van dit doel niet veel invloed zal hebben op het succes, en bijkomend, als de personen direct verantwoordelijk voor deze doelstelling van mening zijn dat het behalen van de doelstelling geen effect heeft op het succes van de organisatie, of onvoldoende middelen werden ingezet om de doelstelling effectief tot een goed einde te brengen. At least for now. This should be the most important goal for Projects Department, I reckon. I guess this is what project department should be about, right? I believe, that if we would all focus on one goal, we could achieve much more. Not enough! Nobody thinks in those terms when preparing new projects. Could be more! But I understand that competition at the top of the priority list is huge. Team (6) Delegerenden (1) If you look at the actual process of creating and implementing projects: not at all. If you look at the verbal statements and the various demands of the board, is: very much so. Difficult. They all have good intentions, but there is no person who would feel 100% responsible for obtaining that result. I think this is a priority, and somehow it gets blurred out in the tumult of other, unimportant, administrative, daily goals, without which one can easily live. Wat is uw beoordeling van de middelen, informatie en het gezag die je hebt gekregen om te gebruiken in deze situatie? Verantwoordelijken (1) It is not enough to have power and resources. You still need to have skills and determination. I'm not sure if there is enough of that. Jij bent de persoon die deze doelstelling heeft gedelegeerd aan anderen. departments of In welke mate voel jij je verantwoordelijk of de organisatie al dan niet deze doelstelling bereikt? unfortunately, despite me volunteering, nobody has involved me during the work on this goal Team (6) I do not believe, it's my area? At least it is not formulated in my task descriptions. But, of course, I do support it. My area is exactly like that, and the project-based financing works here just fine. But I believe there are more departments in who could use some extra financing. For some reason they don't seem to care much. As a regular employee I don't have too much influence on what decides :-( It's not something I could do myself...
