Engels, TBM om wat meer engels in de week te spreken en schrijven, maar zou ik niet aanraden Environm Sustainab in the Built Environment, TBM, SPM9750 leuk. en ook heel goed te doen zonder andere voorkennis 15 ects Facilitation of group meetings, TBM, SPM9316 "3ects. Colleges, eigen workshop, assignments en tentamen. Vaak met een klein groepje studenten, erg gerelateerd aan praktijk voorbeelden en je moet je eigen workshop voorbereiden en begeleiden. Erg leerzaam, maar wel zeer specifieke informatie, niet direct relateerbaar aan Real Estate, wel aan management praktijken. Financieel management, TBM, WM0618TU "4ects. College's en examen. Hele leuke en interessante colleges, erg veel verwijzingen naar huidige ontwikkelingen in de wereld. Organisation and management, Decision making, TBM, SPM9233 "3 ects, college's en tentamen. college's zijn niet heel goed, maar de informatie is heel toepasselijk in Real Estate. Gaat over complexe besluitvorming, veel partijen en politiek spelletjes. Public Private Partnership, TBM, SPM9431 aanrader interessant vak, aan te raden prima. ook goed te doen zonder andere voorkennis. 6 ects--> aan TBM, college's en paper. is heel interessant en goed gegeven. En kan een aanvulling zijn op law-fundamentals 2. goed ingedeed, meestal hoge kwaliteit lessen en gastlessen, PPP gaat vaak gebruikt worden in de toekomst, en weet ervan; is hier zeker te behalen.
Quickscan analysis, AR, Urbanism Was een OK - vak, laat je wel goed/meer denken over stedelijk ontwikkeling (urbanism) en de invulling hievan en is erg handig voor bij ontwikkelingen als projectontwikkelaar. Real Estate Valuation, BK, AR0880 Aanrader erg aan te raden prima, wel erg lastig in het begin zonder vastgoedkennis Een interessant keuzevak dat erg waardevol is voor RE&H. Voor een februari instromer is de hoeveelheid nieuwe begrippen overweldigend, daarnaast is de kennis en kunde met betrekking tot DCF-modellen nihil. Als de student er veel tijd in steekt zijn de assignments wel uit te voeren. Er wordt gewerkt in groepen van drie personen. Een eenvoudige oplossing zou zijn om studenten van februari instroom te laten samenwerken met MSC3 studenten. was een eerg goede toevoeging aan deze opleiding, zo goed zelfs dat ik vind dat het verplicht moet worden, en de te verkrijgen studiepunten zijn het zeker waard (balans) Opinions students MSc3 2011 (Normal program RE&H) In progress...
