Extend & Switch What options are available for customers who are up for renewal between now and prior to the availability of the offer to switch to subscription in June? Customers with maintenance plans expiring prior to June, 2017, have one of two choices: 1) Extend & Switch Extend their maintenance contract to July 2017, and then switch to subscription. Example Scenario: Your customer has a three-year maintenance plan expiring April 15, 2017 and wants to move to a threeyear subscription for a collection as soon as possible. 2) Renew 1-yr & Switch Renew their current maintenance for one year and then switch to subscription at the time of renewal next year. Those who renew their maintenance before May 7, 2018, will be able to take advantage of the lowest available discounted price prior to the price increase in May, 2018. Wanneer is de exacte datum vanaf wanneer de klant kan switchen? V: Wat is de exacte datum wanneer Switches beschikbaar worden? Dit is belangrijk omdat, indien een klant alsnog een Maintenance Plan Renewal koopt in mei of juni, hij volgend jaar voor de Switch 5% meer betaalt A: Het antwoord is hier tweeledig. Indien de klant absoluut dit jaar de Switch wil maken, dan is er de mogelijkheid om het Maintenance Plan te "extenden" tot wanneer de Switch beschikbaar wordt. Indien de klant alsnog een Maintenance Plan renewal koopt dit jaar (bv. voor een contract met einddatum in juni), dan kan hij volgend jaar de Switch kopen vanaf 90 dagen vóór vervaldatum, zijnde in maart 2018. Dit is nog vóór de aangekondigde prijsverhoging van mei 2018. De prijs is dan vanaf dat moment voor 3 jaar bevroren, dus tot juni 2021. Wanneer het gaat over een Switch naar een Industry Collection, dan zal dan klant wel pas vanaf juni 2018 kunnen gebruik maken van deze Collection. 21
Wat wordt de switch prijs na 3 jaar? V: Wat wordt de prijs voor de renewal na 3 jaar wanneer de klant nu beslist om de Switch aan te kopen? Dit is belangrijk te weten omdat het toelaat een correcte ROI voor de klanten te berekenen. Wat is het prijsverschil tussen Maintenance Plan behouden en Switch aankopen? A: Autodesk heeft aangekondigd dat klanten van een voordelig tarief zullen kunnen blijven genieten zolang ze hun abonnement hernieuwen. De prijs die klanten na 3 jaar betalen voor de renewal is "de prijs die op dat moment geldt voor de Switch van Maintenance Plan naar Subscription". Switch van AutoCAD naar AEC Collection V: Wanneer een klant een Switch koopt van AutoCAD naar een AEC Collection, betaalt hij dan de prijs van de AutoCAD Maintenance Plan Renewal, bevroren voor 3 jaar? A: De prijs van de Switch wordt berekend op basis van de prijs voor een Maintenance Plan Renewal van het product waar je naartoe gaat. Inventor is geen onderdeel van de AEC IC. De klant kan kiezen om een Switch aan te kopen en een extra subscription Inventor Professional te kopen. De klant kan zijn maintenance plan verlengen.
