Introduction The EPC+ project aims at developing and promoting new business models for the implementation of energy efficiency services through cooperation between Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Factor4 organised a workshop on the 8 th of December 2016 on Energy Performance Contracting. The workshop was held in the new Antwerp Harbour House and was organised with the support of the Antwerp Port Authority, the city of Antwerp, the Flemish Chamber of Commerce/Alfaport, the Belgian Energy Management Association EMAB and the Belgian Maintenance Association BEMAS The material developed for this workshop can be found below and is also available on the EPC plus website. Instead of a long recording of the interactive workshop a number of short videos were made to explain the ESCO concept, Energy Performance Contract and EPC monitoring and verification.
