54 Omgevingsvergunning Schepersvenweg te Tilburg Oordeel welstandscommissie: De commissie is van mening dat bij een dergelijk duurzaam product ook een duurzame en landschappelijke inpassing hoort van het tankstation (bijvoorbeeld conform Green Planet tankstations). Het betreft hier een prominente locatie tegen de rand van een groene zone. De commissie adviseert een oplossing te ontwerpen die meer recht doet aan de locatie en die subtieler wordt ingepast. Zij geeft in overweging de tanks te integreren in het ontwerp van de luifel.

65 Externe veiligheid Standpunt RIVM: 1. Voor vacuümgeïsoleerde LNG-tank met hittewerende coating (LPG-tankauto s) mag dezelfde BLEVE-frequentie worden toegepast als bij LPG-tank(auto). (Tijdig aanvangen met koelen) 2. Geen instemming voor rekenmethodiek voor composietslang in draagconstructie (faalfrequentie factor 89 lager dan standaard losslang). Wel mag composietslang vergeleken worden met verbeterde LPG-vulslang (factor 10)

66 Externe veiligheid Voorwaarden tijdig koelen in relatie BLEVE: 1. Hittewerende coating moet effectief zijn om gedurende 75 minuten wand temperatuur < 300 C te houden 2. Brandweer binnen 75 minuten met voldoende koelwater inzet kunnen plegen om een warme BLEVE te voorkomen. 3. Coating periodiek controleren en blusmiddel mag coatingmateriaal niet aantasten.

99 Het vocht in de lucht condenseert na een lossing van nieuw LNG als het tankstation gaat satureren. Hier komt geen product bij vrij. Het is enkel doorslag van koude naar de lucht en dat is zichtbaar. Zoveel mogelijk in de vroege uren gelost i.v.m. voorkomen valse meldingen en hoogste up-time tankstation.
