3 Visie en aanpak kennis voor klimaat Mismatch tussen zoetwater aanbod en vraag kan worden verkleind door een robuuster systeem te creëren dat niet alleen afhangt van externe aanvoer maar van een bredere mix van bronnen en buffers van lokaal tot nationaal niveau. De benadering van CPFWS: Meer inzicht dmv onderzoek in: De hoofdoorzaken van verandering De reactie van het systeem op deze veranderingen De belangrijkste onzekerheden in het vaststellen van droogterisico s De perceptie en reactie van stakeholder op deze verandering. Kennis beschikbaar stellen waarmee lokale to regionale oplossingen kunnen worden beoordeeld op nationale schaal(upscaling) Voorzien van praktisch toepasbare kennis in pilots / deltafacts.
