21 Waar staan we nu? De organisatie staat Day 1 savings zijn hoger dat ingeschat, maar het onderhandelingstraject vraagt (veel) meer tijd. Er bestaan geen short cuts. Voor iedere leverancier moet strategie, tactiek, etc. bepaald worden. Na enkele maanden blijkt dat verdere duidelijkheid m.b.t. rollen en verantwoordelijkheden noodzakelijk is; matrix organisatie blijft lastig Besparingen op corporate niveau is prachtig, maar uiteindelijk willen de opco s duidelijkheid over what s in it for me? Veel communicatie nodig over voortgang en succes van het project 20
