11 Voorwaarden Projectduur: tussen 12 en 36 maanden, vanaf 1 september 2017 Transnationaal netwerk van minimaal drie organisaties uit ten minste drie programmalanden, (EU + Macedonië, IJsland, Liechtenstein, Noorwegen & Turkije Organisaties van partnerlanden (niet-programma landen) Eén aanvraag per consortium alleen indien significante toegevoegde waarde Het project adresseert ten minste één horizontale of één veldspecifiek prioriteit (volgt later meer over) Open acces requirement: resultaten vrij beschikbaar stellen binnen en buiten partnerschap, open licenties Mobiliteit binnen het project KA2 toegestaan mits het bijdraagt aan de projectdoelstelling (het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van mobiliteit kan uiteraard een projectdoelstelling zijn)

13 Let op: twee typen Strategische Partnerschappen A. Strategic Partnerships supporting innovation; Projects are expected to develop innovative outputs, and/or engage into intensive dissemination and exploitation activities of existing and newly produced products or innovative ideas. Applicants have the possibility to request a dedicated budget for Intellectual Outputs and Multiplier Events in order to directly answer to the innovation aspect of the Action. These types of projects are open to all fields of education, training and youth.

Strategic Partnerships supporting exchange of good practices: The primary goal is to allow organisations to develop and reinforce networks, increase their capacity to operate at transnational level, share and confront ideas, practices and methods. Selected projects may also produce tangible outputs and are expected to disseminate the results of their activities, although in a way that is proportional to the aim and scope of the project. These results and activities will be co-financed through the standard budget for project management and implementation.

46 Achtergrondinformatie Social inclusion (key words: participation, diversity, national and global citizenship) Inclusion is not only an important element in education as such, but even more so in international mobility. Generally speaking, people with a higher socio-economic status (SES) tend to find their way to Erasmus+ more easily than people with a lower SES. The NA wishes to stimulate the inclusiveness of the Erasmus+ programme itself. This is in line with the Education Council s view that the Netherlands should aspire to ensure that all young people leave the education system internationally competent in order to enable them to function effectively in a globalising society and in international contexts. Erasmus+ is one of the instruments to stimulate the inclusiveness of internationalisation in the education sector. Prioritizing social inclusion will also address the issue of migration/refugees, which was identified as a priority last year. Achievement of relevant and high quality skills and competences for professionals Strengthening and guaranteeing the professionalism of teachers, volunteers and management is a crucial element in increasing the quality of education and training. Being internationally mobile and internationally competent are important aspects of professionalism in a global world. Furthermore, international mobility and partnership will contribute to creating a truly positive environment for the internationalisation of education (from building an international classroom to international mobility), which in turn has a flywheel effect on students.

65 Intellectual output: wat Concrete substantiële resultaten. Het wordt alleen beschouwd als IO, als het echt ingezet kan worden voor breder gebruik & exploitatie en als het ook daadwerkelijk impact heeft. Voorbeelden: publications such as academic papers; policy recommendations at different levels; curricula and course materials; new methodologies; handbooks, advice and guidance; case studies; ICT based tools and software. Let op: staff costs for managers and administrative staff are expected to be covered under Project Management. To prevent overlap applicants will have to justify the type and volume of staff costs applied for in relation to each output proposed.

Ook begeleiders krijgen extra vergoeding boven de 60 dagen Supporting documents: rekening met naam en adres van de organisatie, beschrijving, bedrag en datum.

71 Budget per kostenpost Exceptional costs: 75% van de werkelijke kosten (max exclusief kosten voor een financial guarantee) Bijdrage voor (zie programme guide voor voorwaarden): goederen (ook huur of lease en eventuele afschrijvingskosten) subcontracting financial guarantee Daarnaast kunnen er kosten worden opgevoerd voor: reiskosten voor afgelegen en overzeese gebieden waarbij de standaard vergoeding (volgens de distance calculator) niet minimaal 70% van de werkelijke kosten dekt (max. 80% van de in aanmerking komende kosten worden vergoed) Supporting documents: zie hiervoor Annex van het contract
