23 Intellectual output: wat Concrete substantiële resultaten. Het wordt alleen beschouwd als IO, als het echt ingezet kan worden voor breder gebruik & exploitatie en als het ook daadwerkelijk impact heeft. Voorbeelden: publications such as academic papers; policy recommendations at different levels; curricula and course materials; new methodologies; handbooks, advice and guidance; case studies; ICT based tools and software.
