Polder initiatief Kick Off Meeting 11 juni 2015 ACN organiseert Kick Off meeting Polder Initiatief Standard Operating Procedure 16 juli 2015 ACN organiseert bespreking waar de SOP (Standaard Operating Procedure) volgens de Nordic standaard wordt besproken met bovengenoemde airlines en alle afhandelaren op Schiphol. De SOP is aangepast voor Schiphol. Deelnemers: Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Lufthansa, Emirates, Korean Air en AF/KLM (voorzitter)

Polder initiative Mailing van alle deelnemende airlines aan forwarders dat zij per 1 januari 2016 overgaan op e-awb Check op verzending FWB FWB workshops: 30 november en 1, 2 december door IATA, locatie ACN Inschrijving vanaf vandaag via acn.nl/workshops Tekenen van MLA ( vandaag mogelijk bij Ben Behanan), daarna ontvangen AN van de airlines bij wie men e-awb wil doen Start 1 januari ECC ingevoerd door airline, EAW/EAP ingevoerd door Forwarder Dus.. per 1 Januari 2016 overschakelen op elektronische luchtvrachtbrieven (e-awb) als het gewenste middel: zendingen voor alle bestemmingen bij de deelnemende airlines aanleveren zonder papieren AWB.

Single Process; Checklist for forwarders Have I signed the IATA Multilateral Agreement? Have I included all my branch offices? Has the carrier activated me? Freight Forwarders must advise Carriers that their branches are ready for activation Is my IT capable of sending and receiving all necessary electronic messages containing IATA IMP codes? FWB (XML,16, possibly 9), FHL, FNA, RCS, etc Test (and if necessary an upgrade) of IT is required Am I sending all FWB data complete and correct before Goods Acceptance? Can my office / warehouse / provider work without paper AWB? Perform test-shipments with Carrier to ensure smooth operation of Single Process

Top 3 Challenges FWB content quality 1. Staff don t know which fields in your system fill which fields in FWB. So they also don t know what gets transmitted (often don t know where to find the FWB message in your system) 2. Processes to provide information are not aligned to technical limitations of Cargo IMP (i.e. number of characters too small..) 3. Habits, Habits, Habits
