19 Devices in a bad state in different rooms of the professors house. 1. Do the laundry together! Fill the washing machine to its maximum capacity, use a spin speed from 1200 rpm and set the temperature to 30 degrees. By filling the washing machine to its maximum capacity 30 Euro/130 kwh per year can be saved. Using a spin speed from 1200 rpm you can save 10 Euro/43 kwh per year. A high spin speed provides a drier laundry and saves drying capacity. By using a 30 degrees temperature you save 40 Euro/174 kwh per year. The wash will be as clean as using higher temperatures due to be]er washing powder. 2. From now on use a short drying cycle of the dryer. It may be necessary to hang the wash out. By using a short drying cycle of the dryer you can save 20 Euro/86 kwh per year. 3. Make the dust filter and the condenser (stainless steel grill) of the dryer clean. Repeat this regularly. You can save 10 Euro/43 kwh per year.

29 CHALLENGE 11 WEEK 7 Op het programma van week 7 staat hoofdstuk 10 CongratulaHons! SelecHng the Right In-Game Achievements uit het boek van Kapp. Beantwoord Hjdens de les 20 meerkeuzevragen over hoofdstuk 10 van Kapp via een online quiz (Kahoot!). We gaan dit gezamenlijk Hjdens het college spelen. De resultaten tellen mee als challenge 11. Bestudeer het hoofdstuk goed en neem je smartphone en/of laptop mee naar de les. De meerkeuzevragen in deze quiz zijn enigszins vergelijkbaar met de vragen die je op het tentamen kunt verwachten uit dit hoofdstuk.

31 CHALLENGE 12 WEEK 7 In week 7 hebben we in het college het onderwerp In-Game Achievements besproken. In-Game Achievements moeten idealiter aansluiten bij het thema van de serious game en de achviteiten die de spelers moeten doen in de serious game. Toch zien we vaak dat generalishsche achievements gebruikt worden die ook in entertainment games voorkomen. Hierbij is de aansluihng er niet of slechts beperkt. Zoek een serious game waarbij de achievements niet of slechts beperkt aansluiten bij het thema van de game en de achviteiten die de spelers moeten doen. 1- Geef aan waarom je dit vindt en 2- doe suggeshes voor verbetering. 32 CHALLENGE 13 WEEK 7 In week 7 behandelen we het onderwerp In-Game Achievements. In hoofdstuk 10 van Kapp worden veel Hps gegeven over hoe achievements effechef toegepast kunnen worden. Er worden 13 Best PracHces gegeven (ingekaderd aan het einde van een paragraaf.) Kies een kwalitahef goede serious game (die je al kent) en evalueer (dmv Hps en tops) kenmerken van het achievement systeem dat is toegepast met behulp van vier Best PracHces uit H.10 van Kapp. Baseer je keuze voor de vier Best PracHces op basis van de karakterisheken van de game.
