2 Nieuw validaties Tijdens major release van GS1 Data Source (MR 3.1) is een aantal validaties toegevoegd. Deze dragen bij aan het voorkomen van fouten en dus aan een betere datakwaliteit. Het kan zijn dat u nu nieuwe foutmeldingen bij uw data aantreft. Deze zijn te herkennen aan de rode stippen. In dit document geven we u een overzicht van de meest voorkomende foutmeldingen. Op de pagina s daarna staat per foutmelding hoe u deze kunt corrigeren. 2

3 Meest voorkomende foutmeldingen na MR3.1 Validatie Start dates cannot occur after their corresponding end dates if both dates are populated: "Start Availability Date Time", "End Availability Date Time". Validatie If "Referenced Trade Item Type Code" is equal to REPLACED, "Referenced Trade Item GTIN" must not equal "Trade Item Identification: GTIN". Validatie If the "Drained Weight" is populated it must be less than or equal to the "Gross Weight". Validatie If "Nutrient Type Code (UN INFOOD Code)" is not empty then "Daily Value Intake Percent" or "Quantity Contained" must not be empty. Validatie There must be at most one iteration of "Packaging Material Composition Quantity per Unit Of Measurement. The following value was duplicated: GRM Validatie There must be at most one iteration of the attribute per "Net Content UOM". The following values were duplicated: GRM Validatie If Target Market Country Code is equal to 528 (Netherlands) and "Is Packaging Marked Returnable" is equal to True then "Returnable Package Deposit Identification (Type or Deposit Code)" must not be empty. Validatie The "Trade Item Unit Descriptor" must not be empty, if "Is Trade Item Non Physical is not equal to True or if this attribute is not available. Validatie There must be at most one iteration of "Quantity Contained" per Unit Of Measure. The following value was duplicated: GRM

4 Advies voor corrigeren fouten 1. Check of de producten waar een foutmelding bij staat nog actief zijn. Als dit niet het geval is kunt u de producten het beste beëindigen door `Einddatum beschikbaarheid in te vullen. 2. Als u een groot aantal min of meer identieke aanpassingen wilt doen, maak dan gebruik van de download/upload functie in Excel. 3. Herstel fouten direct en geef deze gegevens daarna vrij zodat uw afnemers altijd over correcte data beschikken. 4

5 GDSN validatie 341 Start dates cannot occur after their corresponding end dates if both dates are populated: "Start Availability Date Time", "End Availability Date Time". De datum ingevuld bij `Startdatum beschikbaarheid mag niet later zijn dan de datum die staat bij `Einddatum beschikbaarheid

6 GDSN validatie 639 If "Referenced Trade Item Type Code" is equal to REPLACED, "Referenced Trade Item GTIN" must not equal "Trade Item Identification: GTIN". De GTIN van het te vervangen artikel mag niet gelijk zijn aan de GTIN. 6

7 GDSN validatie 1017 If the "Drained Weight" is populated it must be less than or equal to the "Gross Weight". `Uitlekgewicht moet minder of gelijk zijn aan het `Bruto Gewicht. 7

8 GDSN validatie 1043 If "Nutrient Type Code (UN INFOOD Code)" is not empty then "Daily Value Intake Percent" or "Quantity Contained" must not be empty. `Hoeveelheid nutriënt of `% Referentie-inname is verplicht bij elke ingevoerde `Code nutriënttype. 8

9 GDSN validatie 1049 There must be at most one iteration of "Packaging Material Composition Quantity per Unit Of Measurement. The following value was duplicated: GRM Per `Code Verpakkingsmateriaal mag maar 1 maal dezelfde `Hoeveelheid eenheid worden gebruikt. 9

10 GDSN validate 1051 There must be at most one iteration of the attribute per "Net Content UOM". The following values were duplicated: GRM Bij het veld `Netto Inhoud kan maar 1 maal dezelfde `eenheid worden gebruikt. 10

11 GDSN validatie 1084 If Target Market Country Code is equal to 528 (Netherlands) and "Is Packaging Marked Returnable" is equal to True then "Returnable Package Deposit Identification (Type or Deposit Code)" must not be empty. Als in het veld `Emballage artikel in de SubTab ID/Classificatie de waarde `Juist is ingevuld, dan is het verplicht om het veld Emballage identificatie (Deposit code) in te vullen. Kies hiervoor een code uit de emballagelijst van de Benelux volgens de invoerinstructie. 11

12 GDSN validatie 1167 The "Trade Item Unit Descriptor" must not be empty, if "Is Trade Item Non Physical is not equal to True or if this attribute is not available. Voor alle artikelen, met uitzondering van niet fysieke artikelen is het verplicht om het veld `Hiërarchisch niveau in te voeren. 12

13 GDSN validatie 1218 There must be at most one iteration of "Quantity Contained" per Unit Of Measure. The following value was duplicated: GRM Per nutriënt mag maar 1 keer dezelfde maateenheid `Eenheid hoeveelheid nutriënt worden gebruikt. 13
