Greenyard Foods (Euronext Brussels: GRYFO) is een wereldmarktleider in verse en verwerkte groente& fruit, bloemen, plantenentoelevering. SceltaenLutècehebben het laatstedecennium champignon smaakversterkers ontwikkeld. Deze smaakversterkers, gemaakt van voetjes e.d. kunnen in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie worden gebruikt. 2 1

11 Recente ontwikkelingen De grootste Nederlandse compostbedrijven (Walkro en CNC) hebben grote investeringsplannen voor uitbreiding van fase 3-capaciteit. Een flink deel van de (nieuwe) productie zal worden geëxporteerd. In samenwerkingmet bedrijven alsdto enshasta wordt ermeerenmeer Nederlandse doorgroeide compost geëxporteerd naar verre bestemmingen (Maleisië, Egypte etc.) 21 Recente ontwikkelingen Canada s top champignon producent Highline Mushrooms (Canada) is verkocht aan het Ierse voedingsmiddelenbedrijf Fyffes. OkeChamp(Polen) heeft haar Nederlandse dochter F&F (Europe) verkocht aan FLM Ingredients (Netherlands). F&F (Europe) produceert diepgevroren champignons voor Europa en Noord-Amerika
