1 Enabling & Managing Office 365 New Learning Cursusduur: 3 Dagen Cursuscode: M20347-B Beschrijving: Deze Global Knowledge New Learning (GKNL) training is gericht op IT-professionals die aan de slag gaan met het plannen, implementeren en beheren van Office 365-services. Deze cursus richt zich op vaardigheden die vereist zijn om een Office 365-tenant te configureren, inclusief federatie met bestaande omgevingen en vaardigheden die vereist zijn om een Office 365-tenant en zijn gebruikers te ondersteunen. Je krijgt een overview van welke activiteiten er van je worden verwacht en wanneer en welke middelen er tijdens de cursus worden geboden. De duur van deze kick-off is slechts een halve dag. De andere helft wordt gebruikt om de Microsoft On Demand-training te starten en kennis te maken met de ondersteunende hulpmiddelen. Microsoft On Demand-training Een belangrijk element van de training is het Microsoft On Demand (MOD) cursusmateriaal. Dit materiaal is gedurende 90 dagen 24/7 toegankelijk via het Global Knowledge Learning Platform. Een MOD training is consistent en gebaseerd op de traditionele klassikale training. Het bevat High Quality video's met een docent. Elke module heeft kenniscontroles om te controleren of je de inhoud hebt begrepen. Je moet je MOD training binnen drie weken voltooien om klaar te zijn voor de afsluitende workshop waarbij er op je kennis en vaardigheden wordt gerekend. De MOD heeft ongeveer 20 uur aan video-inhoud. Samen met de hands-on oefeningen duurt de MOD training ongeveer 35 uur om te voltooien. Coaching Inhoudelijke vragen met betrekking tot de cursus kun je stellen via de chat module in het Global Knowledge Digital Learning Platform. Coaches zullen helpen om de vooraf gestelde mijlpalen te bereiken Ze zorgen er ook voor dat je de flow van de training volgt en dat je vooruitgang boekt. Ze helpen je klaar te stomen voor de tweedaagse workshop. Samenwerken Zodra je je training begint, kan je ideeën en knelpunten delen in het samenwerkingsplatform op Microsoft Yammer. Op basis van cases die door ervaren docenten zijn gemaakt, werk je in een kleine groep om een oplossing te vinden, een plan voor uitvoering op te stellen en dit aan de rest van de deelnemers te presenteren. Vervolgens, wanneer mogelijke problemen zijn behandeld, zal je jouw deel van de klus doen om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen.
