16 Opzet van vragenlijst Basisvragen voor verkennend kwalitatief onderzoek bij scholen. Kwalitatieve resultaten op zich zullen al inzichten opleveren, maar moeten vooral een springplank vormen naar een kwantitatief luik. Uit deze bevraging zal korte enquête gepuurd worden, met vragen over de betalingsbereidheid, betalingsformule, en verwachtingen van ouders en leerkrachten.
