De WHODAS meet de volgende domeinen: verstaan en communiceren, mobiliteit, zelfverzorging, interactie met mensen, huishouden en activiteiten, participatie in maatschappij. De vragenlijst richt zich op de laatste 30 dagen en de scoring is gebaseerd op gemiddelde waarden van de antwoorden die vervolgens in een standaardschaal omgezet worden.
