U kunt de aanvraag tot ééar na het einde van de verplichte verzekering indienen. De offerte die u ontvangt is vrijblijvend. 7 I n f o r m a t i o n a b o u t i n c o m e The contribution for voluntary insurance is calculated on the basis of your total income, from the date on which you left the Netherlands to the end of the same year. Both your income in the Netherlands and your income outside the Netherlands will be taken into account. It is therefore important that you fill in your income details as accurately as possible. Income is meant to include: 11. Profit from enterprise. 12. Gross income from paid employment, including holiday allowance, bonus month, profit share, gratuities, other bonuses, commission, additional allowances, remunerations, etc. 13. Employer s contribution to health insurance. 14. Income from other activities, for example, teaching, examining, freelance writing, income from lodgers. 15. Gross pensions and benefits. 16. Annuities and alimonies received. 17. Income from home ownership. 18. Student grants, child allowance. 19. Free room and board (value in country of residence). 10. Housing provided free of charge (rental value in the market). The following can be deducted from income: 11. Annuity premiums. 12. Contributions for industrial insurance schemes (unemployment, illness, long-term incapacity for work). 13. Pension contributions. 14. Contributions for periodic benefits in case of illness or accident. Personal costs such as: 15. Alimony paid to your ex-spouse. 16. Donations. 17. Exceptional expenses such as n-reimbursable medical costs for yourself, your (marriage) partner and your children under 27. Expenses under 16 and 17 are only taken into account above a certain threshold.
