Kleding advies linnen en vesten - Business attire. Waarom gaan we mee? & Wat willen wij bereiken? Waarom gaan we mee? 1. invulling geven aan programmalijn internationale promotie & acquisitie E3 samenwerking (samenwerking tussen Amsterdam, Rotterdam & Eindhoven); 2. verstevigen C4 samenwerking, voorbeeld van het behartigen van elkaars belangen in het buitenland. 3. verstevigen relaties met in Eindhoven aanwezige Indiase Current Investors (Tata, Infosys, Satyam, Cummins, Cisco) 4. opbouwen netwerk Indiase bedrijven Wat willen wij bereiken? leren hoe Amsterdam omgaat met missies (voorbereiding, wat is de rol van de Amsterdadam development Board bij de missies, organisatorisch en inhoudelijk, etc) leren van de roundtables, welke methodiek, wat zijn de resultaten, hoe komen ze tot de keus van de bedrijven die ze uitnodigen voor de roundtable, hoe hebben ze bedrijven zo ver gekregen dat ze mee doen? Hoe werven ze partijen die meereizen? Hoeveel uren en fte s besteden ze aan de missies? Eerste input evaluatie: Amsterdam werkt met een stuurgroep voor missie, de organising committee. Per missie wordt gewerkt met clusters. Van elk cluster zit een vertegewoordiger in de stuurgroep betreffende persoon is teves verantwoordelijk voor het cluster onderdeel in het programma. De eerste stuurgoep komt 6 maanden van te voren bij elkaar. Uitvoering gemiddelde missie is 6 maanden. De missie bestaat uit een kerngroep van ongeveer 10 personen. Bedrijven etc sluiten op voor hun belangrijke onderdelen aan. Laatste factsheet Jullie vliegen heen met de economy comfort en terug met economy. De comfort class is nl vol op de terugvlucht. 4 4/19 Tijdens het werkbezoek van de Amsterdam Development Board op 10 februari jl. heeft Eberhard van der Laan, Rob van Gijzel gevraagd om samen op te trekken op o.a. de internationale agenda. Als vervolg hierop heeft hij gevraagd of Rob van Gijzel zou willen meereizen naar India van maart. Rob van Gijzel heeft mij gevraagd om ipv hem mee te reizen. Bijgaand tref je en kopie van het programma. Ik wil je graag op de hoogte brengen van het programma omdat een aantal onderdelen betrekking hebben op Automotive. Overige onderwerpen in het programma zijn ICT, Life Science en Creative Industrie. van Brainport Development zal mij ambtelijk ondersteunen tijdens de reis naar India. Ik heb begrepen dat Pieter gedetacheerd is bij Automotive NL in Helmond. Hij heeft reeds ingeput geleverd aan Amsterdam voor de afspraken waar Automotive aan de orde is. Ik begreep dat Paul Kriekaard van Automotive NL op hetzelfde tijdstip in Bangalore zal zijn, ik weet nog niet of we elkaar zullen tegenkomen.
