1 Welkom op de Bolognalaan 0 Docenten en studenten van de faculteiten Bètawetenschappen, Geowetenschappen en Sociale Wetenschappen: welkom op de nieuwe onderwijslocatie van de Universiteit Utrecht (UU). Deze locatie wordt gedeeld met de Hogeschool Utrecht. We helpen je graag op weg met praktische informatie over de faciliteiten, plattegronden en openingstijden van het gebouw. Meer weten? 2 Faciliteiten Facilities Op de Bolognalaan 0 gelden dezelfde facilitaire voorzieningen als in andere UUgebouwen. Het enige verschil is dat er op deze locatie geen vergaderservice is. Daarnaast is onderstaande goed om te weten: Bolognalaan 0 offers the same facilities as other UU buildings. The only difference is that no conference service is available at this location. It is also useful to know the following: Bezoekadres Visiting address Bolognalaan 0 38 CJ Utrecht Telefoon / Telephone: +3 (0) Op de begane grond is de centrale receptie voor medewerkers en studenten van zowel de HU als UU. Bij het studentenuitleenpunt (STUP) kun je o.a. laptops en Chromebooks lenen. Om toegang te krijgen tot docentenruimtes moeten docenten deze campuskaart elke dag opnieuw activiteren bij de receptie. Om te kunnen printen en bij het halen van koffie moet de docent de campuskaart slechts eenmalig activeren bij de receptie. In het pand is er een stilte-, kolf- en EHBO-ruimte. Dit zijn verschillende ruimten. Wil je hier gebruik van maken? Meld je dan bij de centrale receptie. Je mag binnen en bij de ingang niet roken. Dat is alleen toegestaan op de binnenplaats. The ground floor houses the central reception for staff and students of both the HU and the UU. There is also a student lending point (STUP) where you can borrow items such as laptops and Chromebooks. In order to gain access to special staffrooms, lecturers will need to charge up their campus card at the loading point at the reception every day. In order to use the printers and to get coffee they will only need to do so once. The building offers a quiet room, nursing room and first-aid room. If you would like to use them, please report to the central reception. You are not allowed to smoke either inside the building or at the entrance. Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard.
