12 Assumption From the clinical perspective: the technical format is not that important, thus: OpenEHR archetypes = HL7 v3 template = HL7 v3 R-MIM = clinical data definition = archetype = XML representation = detailed clinical model, if conceptual level is addressed In other words: medically it should be equivalent. Of course from technical viewpoint the level 2 modelling it is not (completely) true, but an approach to work with. 19 Toekomst is nu? HL7 v3: DCM project goedgekeurd op 6 juni 2008 ISO: voorstel voor NWP gevraagd van Nederland en ligt ter stemming voor juli 2009 Volledige harmonisatie duurt nog wel een aantal jaren

21 Stand van zaken Ontwikkelingen mbt DCM internationaal goed ontvangen, veel belangstelling. Zowel binnen ISO als HL7 een project. ISO, projectteam vanuit verschillende SDO s. Veel belangstelling vanuit ICT industrie. Nictiz is bezig met plan ontwikkeling DCM.

22 Stand van zaken Ongeveer 30 DCM en ontwikkeld voor e- diabetes. Toetsing bij zorgverleners komende periode. Top 10 DCM zijn voorgelegd aan HL7 internationaal. Voor archetype ontwikkeling 13 meetinstrumenten in DCM uitgewerkt. Zorgproces wordt op dit moment aan gewerkt.

23 Belangrijke eis DCM Uitwerking is alleen een DCM als deze voldoet aan de eisen en in open source beschikbaar is. Eisen uitgewerkt straks in ISO verband Open Source -> repository Diverse partijen doen mee, ISO, HL7, CEN, OpenEHR, CDISC
