3 INLEIDING Op 6 en 7 november 2018 zal voor de eerste keer in Nederland een vakbeurs worden gehouden voor de zeilmakerijen, textiel en PVC verwerkende industrie. Diverse toonaangevende producenten en toeleveranciers van PVC doek, technische fournituren, machines en toebehoren laten op de beurs zien wat ze in huis hebben. 5 EIGEN STANDBOUW Indien u alleen standoppervlakte heeft gereserveerd, zorgt u zelf voor de bouw van uw stand. De stand wordt door u/uw standbouwer gebouwd op 5 november 2018 tussen 08:00 en 18:00 uur. De maximale bouwhoogte is 2,50 meter. Wilt u hoger bouwen? Dan dient de achterkant netjes afgewerkt te worden. De Maximale bouwhoogte in beurshal 1 is 5,50 meter (onder het verlaagde gedeelte is dit 2,50 meter). In uw standruimte treft u: Vast tapijt (antraciet) 1 Stroomaansluiting 220V/1KW inclusief dubbele wandcontactdoos Graag ontvangen wij minimaal twee weken voorafgaand aan de beurs een standtekening via info@zeilmakerijvakbeurs.nl. Hierdoor hebben wij genoeg tijd om de tekening te controleren op de volgende punten: Bouw Kwaliteit Brand en bouwveiligheid Indien gewenst kunt u standmeubilair, extra elektra, etc. bestellen via de online webshop: Uw bestelling dient uiterlijk maandag 22 oktober 2018 bij ons binnen te zijn. Voor bestellingen na maandag 22 oktober 2018 geldt een toeslag van 25%. Voor elke bestelling brengen we vijf euro administratiekosten in rekening. Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs 2018 Pagina 5

6 UNIFORME STANDBOUW / SYSTEEMBOUW Wanneer u standoppervlakte inclusief standbouw heeft gereserveerd, verzorgen wij voor u de bouw van de stand, inclusief elektra. U kunt op maandag 5 november 2018 tussen 10:00 en 18:00 uur en dinsdag 6 november 2018 tussen en uur uw stand inrichten In uw stand treft u aan: Systeembouw, witte wanden 2,50m Vast tapijt (antraciet) 1 stroomaansluiting 220V/1KW inclusief dubbele wandcontactdoos Verlichting (LED) spots Naamsvermelding, gelijk aan organisatienaam op bevestiging LADEN & LOSSEN Voor laden en lossen parkeert u aan de achterzijde van het pand (Wilgenkade); hier is voldoende gratis ruimte om te laden en te lossen voor exposanten en leveranciers. Het is niet toegestaan om met voertuigen het gebouw binnen te rijden. De hoofdentree & entreehal zijn niet toegankelijk voor op en afbouw. Alle beurshallen zijn gelegen op de begane grond. Indien u heftruckassistentie nodig heeft tijdens op en/of afbouw kunt u dit voor maandag 22 oktober 2018 aanvragen via de webshop. Hefvermogen KG, zwaarder op aanvraag. 7 WANDEN EN VLOEREN Het is niet toegestaan om in/ op vloeren en standbouw wanden te boren, spijkeren, plakken of behangen. De vloeren mogen maximaal belast worden met 400kg per m2. Alle schade voortvloeiend uit niet naleving hiervan, alsmede schade aan het pand Meidoornkade 24 met aanhorigheden toegebracht door deelnemers of andere, die het gehuurde op uitnodiging van huurder bezoeken, komen te laste van de huurder. GEBRUIK VAN PLAFOND EN DAKSPANTEN Wenst u materialen aan het plafond, de dakspanten of het raster in de beurshal op te hangen? Vult u dan het bestelformulier rigging in. Het is niet toegestaan om materialen op te hangen zonder toestemming van Expo Houten. Na invullen van het bestelformulier rigging ontvangt u een offerte. VUILAFVOER U bent als deelnemer zelf verantwoordelijk voor uw eigen vuil(afvoer) vanaf opbouw t/m afbouw. Tijdens de op en afbouw van de Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs is er een afvalcontainer aanwezig. Indien deze vol is, dient u zelf voor het afvoeren van het afval zorg te dragen. Indien er overmatig afval en papier/karton op de stand achtergelaten wordt, zal dit achteraf in rekening worden gebracht. GOEDERENONTVANGST EN OPSLAG Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen en bewaren/opslaan van goederen en (post)zendingen. Laat u toch materialen in Expo Houten afleveren? Meldt dit dan vooraf en schriftelijk bij de locatie via info@expohouten.nl. Vermeldt op de verpakking duidelijk de beursnaam, contactpersoon/exposant ter plaatse. 8 UITNODIGEN VAN UW RELATIES De Zeilmakerij vakbeurs 2018 is uitsluitend toegankelijk voor genodigden. Toegang voorgenodigden is gratis, mits zij zich van te voren registreren. U kunt zelf uw relaties laten registreren als uw genodigde. Elke exposant krijgt van de Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs organisatie een unieke uitnodigingscode. Deze code bestaat uit twee cijfers en twee letters. In het voorbeeld hierna zullen we de code AB12 gebruiken. Dit is een denkbeeldige code: U dient deze code te vervangen door uw eigen code. Om gratis toegangskaarten te verkrijgen, moet u het volgende doen: Tijdens het invullen van het registratieformulier heeft u onze uitnodigingscode nodig. Deze code is AB12 (vervangen door uw eigen code) Klik op de link: tickets.nl/events/zeilmakerijvakbeurs2018/ U komt nu op het aanmeldformulier op de website van EXPO Houten Vul het aantal toegangsbewijzen in (maximaal 2) Klik daarna op de button: "Registreer nu" Vul uw naam en bedrijfsgegevens in en de uitnodigingscode in: AB12 (Iedere exploitant heeft zijn eigen uitnodigingscode) Als u alles heeft ingevuld klikt u op: "Registratie afronden". Na het afronden ontvangt u een mail met de toegangskaart. Bewaar deze goed, print deze uit en neem deze mee naar de beurs zodat u gratis toegang op de zeilmakerijvakbeurs krijgt. Als uw relatie na de inschrijving geen mail krijgt met de tickets, moeten de volgende twee stappen genomen worden: Vraag uw relatie eerst zijn of haar spam of junk mailbox te controleren Als de mail niet in de Spam of Junk mailbox zit, dan kunt u contact opnemen met Bianca Hamer van Expo Houten: +31 (0) of info@expohouten.nl ROUTEBESCHRIJVING Expo Houten ligt pal naast de A27 en is gemakkelijk te bereiken. 11 INTRODUCTION On 6 and 7 November 2018, for the first time in the Netherlands, a trade fair will be held for the sailing, textile and PVC processing industries. Various leading producers and suppliers of PVC cloth, technical haberdashery, machines and accessories will show what they have to offer at the fair. 13 OWN STAND CONSTRUCTION If you only have reserved a stand surface, you take care of the construction of your stand yourself. The stand will be built by you/your stand builder on 5 November 2018 between 08:00 and 18:00 hours. The maximum building height is 2.50 metres. Do you want to build higher? Then the back should be finished neat and tidy. The maximum building height in exhibition hall 1 is 5.50 metres (below the lower part this is 2.50 metres). In your stand space you will find: Carpet (anthracite) 1 Power connection 220V/1KW including double socket outlet We would like to receive a stand drawing at least two weeks before the fair via info@zeilmakerijvakbeurs.nl. This gives us enough time to check the drawing on the following points: Construction Quality Fire and construction safety If desired, you can order stand furniture, extra electricity, etc. via the online webshop: Your order must be received by us no later than Monday 22 October For orders after Monday 22 October 2018 a surcharge of 25% applies. For each order we charge a five euro administration fee. UNIFORM STAND CONSTRUCTION / SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION If you have reserved a stand area including stand construction, we will take care of the construction of the stand, including electricity. 14 In your stand you will find: System construction, white walls 2.50m Carpet (anthracite) 1 power connection 220V/1KW including double wall socket Lighting (LED) spotlights Attribution of name, equal to organisation name on confirmation LOADING AND UNLOADING For loading and unloading, park at the back of the building (Wilgenkade); there is sufficient free space for loading and unloading for exhibitors and suppliers. It is not allowed to enter the building with vehicles. The main entrance & entrance hall are not accessible for assembly and disassembly. All exhibition halls are located on the ground floor. If you need forklift assistance during assembly and/or dismantling, you can request this before Monday 22 October 2018 via the webshop. Lifting capacity 1,500 KG, heavier on request. There is no external forwarder at Expo Houten. WALLS AND FLOORS It is not allowed to drill, nail, stick or wallpaper in/on floors and stand construction walls. The floors may be loaded with a maximum of 400kg per m2. All damage resulting from non compliance with this, as well as damage to the building Meidoornkade 24 with appurtenances inflicted by participants or others, who visit the rented object at the invitation of the tenant, shall be borne by the tenant. 15 USE OF CEILINGS AND RAFTERS Would you like to hang materials from the ceiling, the rafters or the grid in the exhibition hall? Please fill in the 'order form rigging'. It is not allowed to hang materials without permission of Expo Houten. After filling in the 'order form rigging' you will receive a quotation. WASTE DISPOSAL As a participant, you are responsible for your own waste (disposal) from construction to completion. During the construction and dismantling of the Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs there is a waste container present. If it is full, you must take care of the disposal of the waste yourself. If excessive waste and paper/cardboard is left on the stand, this will be charged afterwards. INVITE YOUR RELATIONS The Zeilmakerij trade fair 2018 is only open to invited guests. Admission is free for invited guests, provided they register in advance. You can register your relations yourself as your guest. Each exhibitor receives a unique invitation code from the Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs organisation. This code consists of two numbers and two letters. In the example below we will use the code "AB12". This is an imaginary code: You must replace this code with your own code. To obtain free tickets, you must do the following: When filling in the registration form you will need our invitation code. This code is AB12 (replaced by your own code) Click on the link: tickets.nl/events/zeilmakerijvakbeurs2018/ You will now be directed to the registration form on the EXPO Houten website. Enter the number of tickets (maximum 2) Then click on the button: "Register now". Enter your name and company details and the invitation code: AB12 (Every operator has his own invitation code) Once you have completed everything click on the button: "Complete registration". After completing the registration you will receive an e mail with the admission ticket. Keep it in a safe place, print it out and take it with you to the fair to get free admission to the Zeilmakerij Vakbeurs.
