Log in op ProgRESS WWW ( en meld je aan voor de Afstudeerprocedure MA PW & OWK en maak een keuze uit de aangegeven mogelijkheden: 2. Onderaan het overzicht van je intekeningen vind je het proces Afstudeerprocedure Ma Pedagogische Wetenschappen. Klik op deze procedure: 3. Kies via het drop-down menu voor de juiste opleiding (66607: M Pedagogische Wetenschappen) en klik op volgende: ~ 1 ~

2 4. Kies bij het volgende drop-down menu de variant/track die je hebt gevolgd: 5. Op het volgende scherm kun je zien uit welke stappen het afstudeerproces bestaat. Tevens kun je hier de voortgang ervan volgen: 6. Onderaan deze pagina vind je aan de linkerkant jouw behaalde studieresultaten. Hier kun je d.m.v. het aanvinken van de vakken je vakkenlijst samenstellen en ter beoordeling aanbieden. Plaats de vakken in de juiste categorie! Vakken die je nog niet behaald hebt dien je op de onderstaande manier toe te voegen. Zodra je deze behaald hebt zal het cijfer automatisch worden verwerkt in je aangeboden vakkenlijst: Via de functie kun je een vak toevoegen dat je nog niet hebt behaald (je kunt zowel op vakcode als op titel zoeken). Plaats ook deze vakken in ~ 2 ~

3 de juiste categorie! Klik op vakkenlijst. om het vak toe te voegen aan je N.B.: De masterfase bevat 60ec. Als je meer vakken hebt gehaald, zet je deze onder de categorie 'Additional Courses'. LET OP! Indien het cijfer van je Masterthese nog niet op ProgRESS WWW staat dien je dit vak zelf toe te voegen aan je vakkenlijst! Na het aanbieden van de vakkenlijst kom je op het volgende scherm terecht. Beantwoord de vragen die hier gesteld worden: Nadat je op 'Bewaar toelichting' hebt geklikt is het aanbieden van je vakkenlijst afgerond en kun je deze niet meer aanpassen. Je kunt via de 'print' knop een ~ 3 ~

4 afdruk voor jezelf maken. De afstudeerprocedure is hiermee afgerond, het cijfer van je Masterthese zal binnen enkele dagen op ProgRESS WWW zichtbaar worden. De door jou aangeboden vakkenlijst ligt nu ter controle bij de studieadviseur. Aansluitend zal de examencommissie het programma goed- of afkeuren. Zodra het programma is goedgekeurd staat dit geregistreerd in ProgRESS WWW. Je ontvangt hierover een bevestigingsmail via je adres. Nadat de examencommissie je vakkenlijst heeft goedgekeurd en je hebt alle vakken behaald zal je geslaagd worden gemeld bij het Centraal Examenbureau RUG (CER) en zal je diploma worden aangemaakt. Je kunt de voortgang van het proces volgen via ProgRESS WWW. Wanneer je programma onverhoopt toch nog wijzigt nadat je het hebt aangeboden, dien je dit te door te geven via Vermeld duidelijk wat er gewijzigd dient te worden. De wijzigingen zullen dan z.s.m. worden doorgevoerd op je aangeboden vakkenlijst. ~ 4 ~

5 Graduation process Master Pedagogical Sciences 1. Log on to ProgRESSWWW ( and enroll via Graduation Process MA Ped. & Edu. Sciences for the Graduation Process Master Pedagogical Sciences or Graduation Process Master Pedagogical Sciences + HC if you have completed the master Honours programme: 2. At the bottom of your Enrollments list you will find the graduation process under the Registered processes. Click on this process: 3. Select the correct programme from the drop-down menu (66607: M Pedagogische Wetenschappen) and click on the next button: ~ 5 ~

6 4. Select the variant of your programme from the next drop-down menu: 5. Next, you will see an overview of the steps belonging to the graduation process You can also monitor your progress here: 6. At the bottom of this page you will find your study results. You can list your courses by marking the boxes and offer them for evaluation. Add the courses to the right category! ~ 6 ~

7 If you ve got unfinished courses that you want to add to your list of courses, click on the button and type in the course code or title you want to add and click on the button. Please add the courses to the right category! The course is now added to your list. NOTE! You have to add the Master s Thesis yourself. This grade is not on Progress yet. Enter the course code or title and add it to the list of courses in the graduation process. Master s Thesis codes: Track Communication and Deafblindness: Code: PAMA5195D Track Ethics of Education: Code: PAMAE021 Track Youth 0-21, Society and Policy: Code: PAMAY502 ATTENTION! The item below (nr.7) applies only to students who have completed the master Honours College programme. 7. Students who have completed the university master Honours College programme need to add these courses to the category Honours College ~ 7 ~

8 Programme. The passed courses of a not fully completed HC programme need to be listed under the 'Additional Courses' category. 8. When you are finished compiling your list of courses click on the button. 9. After you have presented the list for evaluation, please answer the questions. You have now completed your list of courses. After this you cannot modify the course list yourself. Your diploma application is now finished. You can monitor the whole process via the graduation process on ProgRESSWWW. The presented list of courses will now be evaluated by the academic advisor. After that, the exam committee will approve- or disapprove you application. The approval of your course list will be registered in the graduation process. You will also receive a confirmation in your student@rug.nl box. Your final examination will be processed by the Central Student Administration (CSA). Once you have successfully finished all your courses your diploma will be created. ~ 8 ~

9 If you want to modify your list of courses after you have presented it for evaluation, please send an with the preferred change(s) to: Specify clearly what needs to be changed. The changes will be implemented as soon as possible. Note: The process will not continue if you don't inform us about changes to your course list.
