2 Stap 1 Gebruik de link om het registratie proces te starten. Per leverancier kan slechts één account aangemaakt worden, wel kunt u voor uw account meerdere gebruikers aanmaken. U hoeft het registratieproces niet te voltooien wanneer u al een gebruiker bent van de Tungsten Network service e-invoicing, maar niet voor KPN. Om de Factuurstatus Service te activeren voor uw facturen gericht aan KPN hoeft u alleen het activeringsproces te voltooien (stap 3-8). - Vul in uw taal, land en bedrijfsnaam. - Het is mogelijk dat na het invullen van uw bedrijfsnaam Tungsten zal aangeven dat uw bedrijfsnaam niet bekend is bij hen. - In dat geval klik op de tekstbalk No data found, please click here to input your details. Voer het land in waar uw bedrijf gevestigd is. (Dit moet het land zijn van waaruit uw facturen verstuurd worden. Facturerings- en belastingregels worden geverifieerd op basis van specifieke voorschriften voor het desbetreffende land.) Voer de taal waarin u het Tungsten Network Portal wilt bekijken. Vul de naam van uw bedrijf in. p 1

3 Stap 2 Vul de in verplichte velden (ofwel de rood geselecteerde velden) en klik vervolgens na de woordkwalificatie op de button registreer. Voer het land in waar uw bedrijf gevestigd is. (Dit moet het land zijn van waaruit uw facturen verstuurd worden. Facturerings- en belastingregels worden geverifieerd op basis van specifieke voorschriften voor het desbetreffende land.) Vul de naam van uw bedrijf in. Voer het BTW-nummer van uw bedrijf in (voor het gebruik van alleen de Factuurstatus Service is dit niet nodig). Vul N/A in indien een BTW-nummer niet van toepassing is. p 2

4 Jouw adres zal dienen als jouw gebruikersnaam en zal worden gebruikt voor alle communicatie met Tungsten Network. Jouw wachtwoord dient 6-12 karakters en minstens 1 nummer te bevatten. p 3

5 Stap 3 Na het voltooien van uw registratie wordt u automatisch ingelogd in uw Tungsten account. U kunt nu de Factuurstatus Service voor uw facturen gericht aan KPN gaan activeren. Dit kunt u doen via de functie Maak verbinding met een klant. Voorwaarden voor het kunnen activeren van deze zelfservice zijn: U heeft in de afgelopen twaalf maanden minimaal twee facturen naar KPN gestuurd. Voor het activeren moet u de volgende twee items succesvol doorlopen: Item 1 - U wordt gevraagd om voor één willekeurig factuur, die u in de afgelopen twaalf maanden heeft verstuurd aan KPN, het factuurnummer, het factuurbedrag en de factuurdatum in te vullen. Tungsten Network zal automatisch controleren of deze factuur bekend is bij KPN. Item 2 - U wordt gevraagd om op basis van een factuurnummer het factuurbedrag en de factuurdatum in te vullen. Hiervoor zal Tungsten Network u een ander willekeurig factuurnummer voorleggen van een factuur die u in de afgelopen twaalf maanden heeft verstuurd aan KPN. Tungsten Network controleert vervolgens of het factuurbedrag en de factuurdatum overeenkomen. Start het activeringsproces: Kies Klanten -> Maak verbinding met een klant p 4

6 Stap 4 Vul in het zoekveld de naam KPN ISS in en klik vervolgens op deze gevonden selectie ter bevestiging. p 5

7 Stap 5 In de volgende stap van het activeringsproces wordt u gevraagd om voor één willekeurig factuur, die u in de twaalf afgelopen maanden heeft verstuurd aan KPN, het factuurnummer, het factuurbedrag en de factuurdatum in te vullen. Tungsten Network zal automatisch controleren of deze factuur bekend is bij KPN. Klik vervolgens op Doorgaan. Vul voor één willekeurig factuur het factuurnummer, de factuurdatum en het factuurbedrag (format 0,00) in. p 6

8 Stap 6 In de laatste stap van het activeringsproces wordt u gevraagd om op basis van een factuurnummer het factuurbedrag en de factuurdatum in te vullen. Hiervoor zal Tungsten Network u één willekeurig factuurnummer voorleggen van een factuur die u in de twaalf afgelopen maanden heeft verstuurd aan KPN. Tungsten Network controleert vervolgens of het factuurbedrag en de factuurdatum overeenkomen. Klik vervolgens op Doorgaan. Vul op basis van het factuurnummer de factuurdatum en het factuurbedrag (format 0,00) in. p 7

9 Stap 7 Wanneer u het activeren heeft voltooid, is de Factuurstatus Service na ongeveer één uur actief. U kunt vanaf dat moment de actuele goedkeurings- en betaalstatus van uw facturen gericht aan KPN online bekijken. p 8

11 Step 1 Use the link to start the registration process. Each supplier can only register once for an Tungsten Network Portal account. However, for each account you can create multiple users. You will be asked to fill in a few fields. If you already submit invoices via Tungsten Network, but to other customers, you only need to activate the Invoices Status Service for your invoices submitted to KPN. No registration is needed. You can skip step 1 and 2 and directly go to step 3. - Fill in your preferred language, your country and company name - When you have filled in your company name it could be that Tungsten will notify you that your company name is not known in their database. - If this occurs then please click on the text column No data found, please click here to input your details to continue the registration. Enter the country that your company is based in. (This must be the country that your invoices will be sent from. Invoice and tax regulations will be verified against rules for this country.) Select the language in which you want to view the Tungsten Network Portal. Enter the name of your company. p 10

12 Step 2 Fill in the required fields (the red selected fields) and complete the word verification before you click on the sign up button. Enter the country that your company is based in. (This must be the country that your invoices will be sent from. Invoice and tax regulations will be verified against rules for this country.) Enter the name of your company. Enter the VAT registration number of your company (if you only use the Invoice Status Service this number is not needed to enter). Enter N/A when the VAT registration number is not applicable. p 11

14 Step 3 Once you have completed the registration process, you will be automatically logged in at your Tungsten Network Portal account. You can start the activation process. To activate this self-service: You need to authenticate your identity as a supplier to KPN. To accomplish this you need to have copies of your invoices or access to invoice data for at least two invoices you submitted to KPN in the last twelve months. The activation process requires you to successfully complete the following two items: Item 1 - You will be asked to enter the details (invoice number, invoice amount and data) of one randomly invoice you have submitted to KPN in the last twelve months. Tungsten Network will verify the entered details. Item 2 - Tungsten Network will present you with a randomly selected invoice number of another invoice you have submitted to KPN in the last twelve months. You will be asked to provide the invoice date and amount of this invoice. Tungsten Network will verify the provided details. Select Customers -> Connect with a customer to start the activation of the Invoice Status Service. p 13

15 Step 4 Fill in KPN ISS in the search field and then select this name. p 14

16 Step 5 In this step you will be asked to enter the details (invoice number, invoice amount and date of one randomly invoice you have submitted to KPN in the last twelve months. Tungsten Network will verify the entered details. Then click on Continue to go to the last question. Enter the invoice number, invoice date and amount (format 0,00) of one randomly invoice. p 15

17 Step 6 In this step Tungsten Network will present you with a randomly selected invoice number of another invoice you have submitted to KPN in the last twelve months. You need to provide the invoice date and amount of this invoice. Tungsten Network will verify the provided details. Then click on Continue to complete the activation. Enter the invoice date and amount (format 0,00) of the invoice number. p 16

18 Step 7 Once you have successfully completed the activation, your identity as a supplier to KPN is confirmed. And the Invoice Status Service is then activated for your invoices submitted to KPN. It may take up to an hour for invoice updates to become available. From that moment onwards you can check the processing and payment status of your invoices. p 17
