7 2 Tarieven logistiek easyfairs, 2011 Valverde BV is door easyfairs aangesteld voor alle logistieke diensten die u tijdens de op en afbouw van de beurs nodig kunt hebben. De vastgestelde tarieven hiervoor vindt u op dit formulier. Wenst u eerst een offerte te ontvangen geef dit dan aan door deze optie op het antwoordformulier aan te kruisen. Nieuw is onze full service palletzending. Wij verzorgen hierbij de gehele logistiek voor uw deelname aan de beurs. U zorgt dat de zending klaarstaat; meldt dit bij ons aan. Wij zorgen dan dat deze pallet op het afgesproken tijdstip op uw stand geleverd wordt. En indien deze goederen na de beurs weer retour vervoerd moeten worden, is ook dit inbegrepen. Tarieven Huur heftruck (2ton) per kwartier Euro 30,00 Opslag van verpakkingmateriaal Assistentie op uw stand (in en uitpakken) Euro 40,00/m3 Euro 40,00/uur (of een gedeelte daarvan) Onze normale werktijden zijn weekdagen van 08:00 tot 18:00 uur. Daarbuiten geldt een toeslag van 50%. Exposanten die vooraf bij Valverde hun bestelling doen, worden als eerste geholpen. Bovenstaande tarieven zijn exclusief lokale BTW. Tenzij anders overeengekomen dient uw besteling voor levering betaald te zijn. De aansprakelijkheid van een logistiek dienstverlener is beperkt, wij gaan er derhalve vanuit dat uw goederen verzekerd zijn tijdens transport en verblijf op de beurs! Op al onze diensten zijn de FENEX condities van toepassing, waarvan u op verzoek een kopie verstrekt kan worden.

9 Logistics tariff 4 easyfairs, 2011 Valverde B.V. has been appointed by Easy Fairs for all logistic services you may need during build-up and breakdown of the exhibition. The fixed rates for these services are as mentioned below. In case you would like to receive a quotation first please indicate this in the reply-form. Our full service pallet arrangement is new. In this case we arrange the entire logistics for your shipment. All you have to do is to have the shipment ready for collection. We arrange pick-up of the pallet, and deliver to your stand at the agreed date and time. The return transport after the exhibition is also included. Tariffs Rent forklift (2-tons) per 15 minutes Euro 30,00 Handling and storage empty packaging materials per cbm. Euro 40,00 Assistance on your stand (unpacking and repacking) per hour, also minimum Euro 40,00 Our working hours are weekdays from 08:00 till 18:00 hr. For work carried out outside these working hours a surcharge Of 50% is applicable. The liability of a logistics services provider is limited, and we therefore assume that your goods are insured during transport and exhibition. The Fenex conditions are applicable for all our services, a copy of the conditions will be send to you upon request. Mentioned tariffs are exclusive of local VAT. Unless other agreements have been made your order needs to be paid before delivery.
