Protection methods Ysebaert provides enclosures which are suited for gas and dust environments. Common protection methods are EExd, EExp, EExpD, EExe, EExtD, EExi and their mutual combinations. Certification All our assembled enclosures have the EC typeexamination certificate, category 2G/2D (zone 1/21) or 1G/1D (zone 0/20) if applicable. This total certificate comprises the empty enclosure, the mechanical process, the built-in components and the wiring. The enclosures also bear the obligatory CE mark and the 0344 number, referring to our production quality assurance certificate (KEMA). Production Our strongest assets are the expert knowledge of our employees and our state-of-the-art machinery. Thanks to our large stock of empty enclosures and components, your order is always delivered promptly and correctly. Testing facilities To guarantee the quality of our assembled enclosures, Ysebaert makes use of testing facilities such as: - high-voltage testers - test gases (helium, carbon dioxide) and analysers for purging tests - impact test set-up - temperature metres to determine the temperature class - ring and plug gauges to check the threads - test switchboard with adjustable power supplies GEASSEMBLEERDE BEHUIZINGEN Dankzij onze kennis en expertise kan Ysebaert telkens opnieuw een klantgerichte oplossing aanreiken. Ons motto? Sterk in maatwerk! Beschermingswijzen Ysebaert levert behuizingen die geschikt zijn voor gas- en stofomgevingen. De beschermingswijzen van het huis zijn EExd, EExp, EExpD, EExe, EExtD, EExi en hun onderlinge combinaties. Certificatie Al onze geassembleerde behuizingen dragen het certificaat van EG-typeonderzoek categorie 2G/2D (zone 1/21) of indien van toepassing 1G/1D (zone 0/20). Dit totaalcertificaat omvat de lege behuizing, de mechanische bewerkingen, de ingebouwde componenten en de bedrading. De behuizingen zijn bovendien voorzien van de verplichte CE-markering en het nummer 0344 dat verwijst naar ons productiekwaliteitsborgingscertificaat (KEMA). Testfaciliteiten Om de kwaliteit van onze geassembleerde behuizingen te waarborgen, maakt Ysebaert gebruik van onder meer deze testfaciliteiten: - hoogspanningstesters - testgassen (helium, koolstofdioxide) en analysers voor spoeltesten - impacttest opstelling - temperatuurmeters voor bepaling van de temperatuurklasse - ring- en penkalibers ter controle van de schroefdraden - testbord met regelbare voedingen
APPLICATION WITH FLAMEPROOF ENCLOSURES (EExd) Standard equipment may be used in flameproof enclosures. The installation in an EExd enclosure is often the fastest and most economical solution. Ysebaert offers enclosures made of aluminium, steel and stainless steel for the IIB and IIC gas groups. With larger IIC enclosures, a built-on EExe unit is often the best solution for the installation of control components, terminals and cable glands. TOEPASSINGEN MET DRUKVASTE BEHUIZINGEN (EExd) In drukvaste behuizingen mag standaard materiaal gebruikt worden. De inbouw in een EExd-behuizing is vaak de snelste en meest economische oplossing. Ysebaert biedt u behuizingen in aluminium, staal en roestvrij staal voor de gasgroepen IIB en IIC. Bij grotere IIC-behuizingen is een aangebouwde EExekast dikwijls de beste oplossing voor de inbouw van bedieningscomponenten, klemmen en wartels. APPLICATIONS WITH PRESSURISED (EExp) EX-PRESS Overpressure enclosures are used for rather voluminous devices, which do not qualify for an EExd solution. Devices producing a great deal of heat or which must be placed behind a large window (such as displays) are also installed in an EExp enclosure. Compressed air or an inert gas must be present for this protection method of course. The enclosures are custom made, mostly of stainless steel. Thanks to our framework certificate and comprehensive testing facilities, we can always offer you a creative, certified solution. TOEPASSINGEN MET OVERDRUK BEHUIZINGEN (EExp) EX-PRESS Behuizingen met interne overdruk worden gebruikt voor eerder volumineuze toestellen, die daardoor niet voor een EExd-oplossing in aanmerking komen. Ook toestellen die veel warmte produceren of achter een groot venster moeten geplaatst worden (zoals displays) worden in een EExp-behuizing gemonteerd. Uiteraard moet voor deze beschermingswijze perslucht of een inert gas aanwezig zijn. De behuizingen worden op maat gemaakt, meestal in roestvrij staal. Dankzij ons raamcertificaat en onze uitgebreide testfaciliteiten kunnen wij u altijd een creatieve, gecertificeerde oplossing bieden.
APPLICATIONS WITH INCREASED SAFETY ENCLOSURES (EExe) TOEPASSINGEN MET BEHUIZINGEN VERHOOGDE VEILIGHEID (EExe) ASSEMBL-Y Only approved components may be installed in increased safety enclosures (EExe). All parts such as terminals, pushbuttons, lamps and automatic fuses must have a component certificate. Not only the components, but also the enclosure as a whole must be certified. Thanks to our framework certificate, Ysebaert can always offer you creative, certified solutions which perfectly meet your wishes. ASSEMBL-Y In behuizingen met verhoogde veiligheid (EExe) mogen uitsluitend gekeurde componenten worden gebouwd. Alle onderdelen zoals klemmen, drukknoppen, lampjes en automatische zekeringen moeten voorzien zijn van een componentcertificaat. Niet enkel de componenten, ook de behuizing als geheel moet gecertificeerd worden. Dankzij ons raamcertificaat kan Ysebaert u altijd creatieve, gecertificeerde oplossingen voorstellen die perfect aan uw wensen beantwoorden. CONNECTA-P The CONNECTA-P series terminal boxes are made of glassfibre-reinforced polyester and offers the best pricequality ratio for terminal boxes in hazardous areas. This comprehensive series is available for dust environments and for EExe and EExi applications and can be delivered within 48 hours. CONNECTA-P De CONNECTA-P serie klemmenkasten is gemaakt van glasvezelversterkt polyester en biedt de beste prijskwaliteitverhouding voor klemmenkasten in gevaarlijke zones. Deze uitgebreide reeks is leverbaar voor stofomgevingen en voor EExe- en EExi-toepassingen en kan binnen 48 uur geleverd worden.
