STEP BY STEP / STAPPENPLAN KORTE SMEESTRAAT 12 The right wall consists of a original bearing wall and a whole brick thickness outer layer. Historical photos can be found in appendix 1. Later a new building has been constructed next to Korte Smeestraat 12 with its own structure. The original bearing wall will be demolished and the formal façade will be the new bearing wall. All floors will be renewed. De rechter muur bestaat uit de originele bouwmuur en een steens dikke gemetselde gevel. Foto s uit het pandenarchief zijn teogevoegd in bijlage 1. Later is er een nieuwe belending opgetrokken met z n eigen constructie. De originele bouwmuur wordt gesloopt en de voormalige gevel zal dienen als nieuwe bouwmuur. Alle vloeren worden vernieuwd. 1. Right wall / Rechter bouwmuur Demolishing the right wall means that the existing timber floor beams need a temporary support. Further the formal façade needs to be connected for stability reasons. The formal façade will be bolted with the existing floorbeams. Because the floorbeams aren t supported inside the wall at the right side, the function of the floors as a layer is questionable. Therefore additional the facades will be stabilized with timber braces. Photos are attached in appendix 2. De sloop van de rechter bouwmuur betekent dat de bestaande balklaag een tijdelijke ondersteuning nodig heeft. Daarnaast moet de voormalige gevel worden verbonden uit oogpunt van stabiliteit. De gevel wordt vastgebout met de bestaande vloerbalken. Omdat de vloerbalken aan de rechterzijde niet in de muur liggen, is de schijfwerking van de vloer niet gewaarborgd. De voor- en achtergevel worden opgeklamd en afgeschoord naar de voormalige gevel. Foto s zijn toegevoegd in bijlage 2. 2. Foundationpiles / Funderingspalen Vergunningen, Toezicht en Handhaving GEZIEN Afdeling Toezicht en Handhaving Bebouwde Omgeving Datum: 6 2 2013 A pile foundation made of screw injection poles will be installed. The system is free of vibrations and dous not relax the soil conditions under the existing wall. Een paalfundering bestaande uit scroefinjectiepalen wordt aangebracht. Het systeem is trillingsvrij en betreft een grondverdringend systeem. Hierdoor blijven de bodemcondities onder de bestaande muur intact. Par: honko001
3. Back façade / Achtergevel The back façade is in poor condition (supporting doorpost). The back façade will be braced during the construction work (appendix 2). After the foundationpiles are installed most of the brickwork will be removed (the new plan has a different lay-out of windows) While demolishing the back facade, timber crosses need to be installed to provide lateral stability. After the completion of step 6 (timber floorbeams and floorboard) these crosses can be removed. In appendix 3 the crosses are shown. De achtergevel is ter plaatse van de ramen in slechte conditie. De deurstijl draagt het metselwerk erboven. De achtergevel wordt afgeschoord gedurende de constructie werkzaamheden (bijlage 2). Nadat de funderingspalen zijn geïnstalleerd, zal het meeste metselwerk worden verwijderd. (de verdeling van de ramen in het nieuwe plan is anders). Tijdens het slopen / afpellen van de achtergevel zullen houten kruizen de dwarsstabiliteit verzorgen. Nadat stap 6 is voltooid (aanbrengen balklagen en vloerhout) In bijlage 3 zijn de kruizen schematisch aangegeven. 4. Concrete foundation / betonnen funderingsconstructie The foundations will be created by making pockets / teeth in the excisting foundation. In order to support the left foundation, which is common with the neighbour, the teethed structure will be made ± 900 mm below the suface. The prevent vertical deformations it is necessary that the excavation and creation of the concrete structure will be made in stages. In appendix 4 these stages are shown. De funderingen worden gemaakt door het maken van inkassingen in de bestaande fundering. De fundering aan de linker zijde, welke gemeenschappelijk is met het buurpand, moet op ongeveer 900 mm onder het maaiveld gemaakt worden. Om verzakkingen te voorkomen is het van essentieel belang dat de graafwerkzaamheden en de bouw van de betonconstructie gefaseerd plaats vindt. In bijlage 4 zijn de fases aangegeven.
5. Steel structure / staalconstructie The steel beams will be installed parallel to the existing timber beams. Only the necessary beams need to be removed. The rest of the timber beams (and floorboards) privides stability to the walls. Because of the raised floorlevels, the beam behind the front façade (2 nd level) can be placed while the timber structure is intact. The excisting beam supporting the facede at first level needs to be supported while welding takes place. The hot beam (heat during welding) has a (slightly) reduced strength. A heavy post in the door gap reduces the unsupported length with almost 40%. De stalen balk zullen evenwijdig komen te liggen met de huidige balklagen. Alleen de noodzakelijke balken moeten worden weggehaald. De overige balken (en vloerhout) verzorgen the stabiliteit van het pand. Omdat de vloerniveau zijn verhoogd, kan de stalen balk achter de voorgevel worden aangebracht terwijl de bestaande balkconstructie intact blijft. De bestaande stalen balk welke de gevel draagt ter hoogte van de 1 e verdieping moet worden onderstempeld tijdens het lassen van de voorzieningen aan deze stalen ligger. De hete ligger (tijdens het lassen) heeft een (iets) lagere sterkte. Een zware stempel in de deuropening reduceert the ongesteunde lengte met bijna 40%. 6 Timber Floorbeams / Houten balklagen the new timber floorbeams are supported mainly by the steelstructure. The required steel threats etc. provide (besided the connections between steel and bearing walls) the connection with the bearing walls. Remove the existing beams within the square between the steel beams, install the new beams and after that replace the next square. This makes sure that the stability remaines. De nieuwe houten balklagen liggen grotendeels op de staalconstructie. De benodigde draadeinden e.d. verzorgen (naast de verbindingen van het staal met de bouwmuren) de verbinding met de bouwmuren. De bestaande balklagen vaksgewijs verwijderen, nieuwe balken aanbrengen en daarna het volgende vak vervangen. Zodoende blijft de stabiliteit gewaarborgd.
