2 1 Handleiding bylsma wand configuratie tool 1.1 Disclaimer Deze wandsysteem samenstellingapplicatie is gebouwd voor het samenstellen van wandmeubels behorende bij de productfamilies Bari' en Umbria. Deze tool is uitsluitend bedoeld als hulpmiddel bij het samenstellen van een wandmeubel behorende bij deze productfamilie. De gebruiker kan geen enkel recht ontlenen aan het gebruik van deze applicatie. De gebruiker van deze applicatie dient ten alle tijden de uit deze applicatie voortkomende prijslijst en tekening goed te controleren indien deze als basis voor een bestelling wordt gebruikt 2 Wand samenstellen 2.1 Applicatie lay-out In onderstaande figuur is te zien dat de applicatie grofweg in drie verschillende zones is op te delen. Bovenin vindt u de knoppen om achtereenvolgens: - Opgeslagen configuraties te openen: hiermee kunt u eerder opgeslagen configuraties openen; - Configuratie opslaan: hiermee is de op dat moment aanwezige systeemwand op te slaan; - Voorgedefinieerde configuratie openen: hiermee kunt u een door ons gedefinieerde configuratie openen; - Veld leegmaken: hiermee kunt u het veld leegmaken. Vervolgens vindt u aan de linkerzijde de elementen om de systeemwand mee samen te stellen. Onderaan zijn de gegevens van de dealer en van de klant te vinden. Indien u elementen van het wandje wilt verwijderen kunt u deze naar de prullenbak linksonder in uw scherm slepen. 2.2 Wand opzet maken 2

3 Om te beginnen met het samenstellen van een systeemwand dient begonnen te worden met het plaatsen van de constructie elementen. Dit zijn de zijwanden. Als u de zijwanden naar het vel sleept ziet u groene vlakjes verschijnen op de plaats waar de wand geplaatst kan worden. Als u dan het onderdeel loslaat, springt het op de goede plek. Dit geldt voor alle onderdelen. Als de zijwanden staan kunt u de lade - en deur elementen aanbrengen. Vervolgens kunnen de losse planken worden geplaatst. Tenslotte kunnen, indien gewenst, in de open vakken en achter de laden nog achterwanden worden geplaatst. Let op. Kies de achterwand van het formaat wat 3

4 tussen de planken past. De ruimte achter een deurunit is standaard al uitgevoerd met een achterwand. Stel dat u nu aan de rechterkant liever 3 laden heeft in plaats van twee. Dan past u dit op de volgende manier aan: eerst sleept u het bestaande 2 laden element, de achterwand en de bovenliggende plank naar het prullenbakje en laat deze daar los. Vervolgens plaatst u het element met 3 laden. 4

5 2.3 De configuratie opslaan Indien u de configuratie op wenst te slaan klikt u in de bovenbalk op configuratie opslaan In het opslaan-scherm typt u de gewenste naam voor de configuratie en klikt vervolgens op OK. De configuratie is opgeslagen. 2.4 Configuratie inladen Indien u in een later stadium deze configuratie weer wenst te gebruiken, klikt u Opgeslagen configuratie openen aan en selecteert vervolgens de naam van de gewenste configuratie. Deze wordt geladen en verschijnt op het scherm. Op dezelfde manier werkt ook het openen van de door ons reeds gedefinieerde samenstellingen. 2.5 Veld leegmaken Indien u het hele veld wenst leeg te maken om opnieuw te beginnen hoeft u niet alles per stuk naar de prullenbak te slepen. U klikt enkel op Veld leegmaken. 2.6 Samenstelling en overzichtslijst afdrukken Om de gemaakte systeemwand af te drukken klikt u rechtsboven op afdrukken. Als u terug wenst te gaan naar het aanpassen van de configuratie, kunt u de bijbehorende knop bovenin het scherm aanklikken. 3 Scherm resolutie De applicatie is geoptimaliseerd voor een schermresolutie van 1024 x 768 pixels of hoger. Indien u niet weet of deze resolutie goed is ingesteld, kunt u dit op de volgende manier controleren / instellen. Stap 1: klik met uw rechtermuisknop het bureaublad van Windows. Een menu verschijnt. Klik in dit menu de optie properties of eigenschappen aan. 5

6 Stap 2: Het scherm van Display Properties of Scherm eigenschappen verschijnt. Klik op het tabblad Settings of Instellingen. Stap 3: bij screen resolution of scherm resolutie bij het schuifje ziet u waar uw beeldscherm op is ingesteld. Als dit 1024 x 768 pixels is of meer, is het goed. U kunt naar u smaak de resolutie veranderen. Pas op dat u een niet te hoge resolutie selecteert, dit kan uw beeldscherm mogelijk niet aan. 6

7 4 Guide for assembling a cabinet using the cabinet configuratior 4.1 Disclaimer: This cabinet configuration tool is built for the configuring of the cabinets which are part of the Bari product family. This tool is provided as a configuration help only, no rights can be derived from the use of this tool. 5 Cabinet configuration 5.1 Application lay-out In the figure below you can see the tool and its lay-out in tree zones. The buttons are situated in the top, with these you can: - Open configurations; - Save configurations; - Open predefined configurations; - Clear the canvas. On the left the elements for building the cabinet are found. The bottom contains the information of the dealer and the client. If you want to delete cabinet parts while building the tool, you can drag them over the waste basket. 5.2 Building a cabinet To start building a cabinet, first the legs need to be placed. The legs are the construction parts. When you pick a leg from the parts library on the left, you can drag this to the canvas. Green boxes appear where the leg can be placed. When you let the part go, it will jump into place. This works the same for all parts added to the cabinet. 7

8 When all legs are placed, other part (doors and drawers) can be added. Next, shelves can be placed. When all elements are in place the open spaced behind the shelfs can be filled up by the use of backs. Choose the back which fits the open space. The space behind a door unit is standard equiped with a back part. 8

9 If the configuration above needs to be changed, this can be done through the following steps: First the elements which need to be deleted can be dragged to the waste basket. Next the drawer section containing six drawers can be placed. 9

10 5.3 Saving the configuration When the desired combination needs to be saved, click Save configuration. A window opens in which the name of the configuration can be typed. When this is done click OK. 5.4 Open a configuration When a previously saved configuration needs to be opened again, click Open a saved configuration. A window opens in which a drop down list is situated. In the list all saved configurations can be found. This work the same way for opening a predefined wall. 5.5 Emptying the canvas If you want to erase all parts placed on the canvas, select clear canvas in the menu. This way not all parts need to be dragged to the waste bin at the time. You only select Clear canvas and select ok 5.6 Printing the configuration and parts list To print this configuration select Print configuration. To return to the configuration building screen select Change configuration. Important: The predefined configurations do not include back parts. 10

11 6 Screen resolution This application is optimized to be used on a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher. In case you do not know how to change this you can follow this guide. Step 1: Click with your right mouse button on the windows desktop. A menu appears. Select properties. Step 2: In the menu (display properties) which opens now select the tab called settings. Step 3: At screen resolution you can see the slider which tells you which resolution the screen is on now. If the resolution is 1024 x 768 or higher, this setting need not to be changed. You can select the desired resolution. Important: do not select a resolution which is to high for the screen, it might not display properly at to high resolutions. 11
