Voorwaarden 1. De garantie is uitsluitend geldig als de oorspronkelijke bon, door de verkoper afgegeven aan de oorspronkelijke koper, met daarop de aankoopdatum en het serienummer, samen met het apparaat wordt ingeleverd ter reparatie of vervanging. Knoeien met verzegelingen van het apparaat maakt de garantie ongeldig. 2. Als Sony Mobile het apparaat repareert of vervangt, wordt op het gerepareerde of vervangen apparaat garantie gegeven voor de resterende tijd van de oorspronkelijke garantieperiode of voor negentig (90) dagen vanaf de reparatiedatum, welke er maar het langste is. Bij reparatie of vervanging kunnen er herstelde eenheden of onderdelen gebruikt worden die dezelfde functie vervullen. Vervangen onderdelen of componenten worden het eigendom van Sony Mobile. 3. Deze garantie dekt geen apparaatstoring als gevolg van normale slijtage of als gevolg van misbruik, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot gebruik op andere dan de normale en gebruikelijke wijze, in overeenstemming met de aanwijzingen voor gebruik en onderhoud van het apparaat. Noch dekt deze garantie enige apparaatstoring als gevolg van ongelukken, modificaties of aanpassingen, calamiteiten of schade als gevolg van vloeistoffen buiten de toegestane niveaus. 4. Er zijn geen uitdrukkelijke garanties, noch schriftelijk noch mondeling, anders dan deze gedrukte beperkte garantie. Alle impliciete garanties, inclusief zonder beperking de impliciete garanties voor verkoopbaarheid of geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel, zijn beperkt tot de duur van deze beperkte garantie. Richtlijnen voor veilig en efficiënt gebruik Wijzigingen of modificaties van dit zendende apparaat die niet uitdrukkelijk zijn goedgekeurd door Sony Mobile kunnen het recht van de gebruiker om het apparaat te bedienen ongeldig maken. Gebruik geen andere accessoires dan originele accessoires van Sony Mobile die bedoeld zijn voor gebruik met dit apparaat. Probeer dit apparaat niet te demonteren. Alleen reparatiepartners van Sony Mobile mogen de batterij verwijderen of vervangen. Blootstelling aan radiofrequenties Uw zendende apparaat is een radiozender en -ontvanger. Bij gebruik communiceert hij met een mobiel apparaat dat van een zender is voorzien door elektromagnetische radiofrequentievelden (microgolven) uit te zenden en te ontvangen in het frequentiebereik van 2400 tot 2500 MHz. Het afgegeven vermogen van de radiozender is laag, 0,01 watt. Uw zendende apparaat is ontworpen om te werken volgens de richtlijnen voor RFblootstelling en limieten zoals vastgelegd door nationale overheden en internationale gezondheidsorganisaties indien gebruikt met elk compatibele mobiele apparaat van Sony. Veiligheids- en gezondheidsaspecten Sony Mobile adviseert om de zendende headset te dragen op plaatsen waar deze niet aan druk wordt onderworpen, omdat een dergelijke druk lichamelijk letsel of schade aan het apparaat kan veroorzaken. Laat kinderen niet met uw zendende apparaat spelen omdat het kleine onderdelen bevat die los kunnen raken en verstikkingsgevaar kunnen veroorzaken. Interferentie door elektronische apparatuur De meeste moderne elektronische apparatuur is afgeschermd voor hoogfrequente energie. Maar bepaalde elektronische apparatuur is dat niet: Gebruik daarom uw apparaat niet in de buurt van medische apparatuur zonder om toestemming te vragen. Raadpleeg voor gebruik in de nabijheid van persoonlijke medische apparatuur een arts en de fabrikant van het medische apparaat. Schakel het zendende apparaat UIT voordat u een vliegtuig binnengaat of volg de aanwijzingen van de bemanning. Schakel alle elektronische apparatuur uit als u zich in explosiegebieden bevindt of in gebieden met de waarschuwing Tweerichtingsradio uitschakelen om interferentie met ontploffingsactiviteiten te voorkomen. Bouwploegen gebruiken vaak op afstand bediende radioapparatuur om explosieven mee te laten ontploffen. Schakel uw elektronische apparaat uit als u in een omgeving bent met een mogelijk explosieve atmosfeer. Het komt zelden voor, maar uw elektronische apparaat kan vonken genereren. Vonken in een dergelijke omgeving kunnen een explosie of brand veroorzaken die lichamelijk letsel of zelfs de dood tot gevolg kan hebben. Voor een maximale capaciteit van de batterij moet u deze bij kamertemperatuur gebruiken. Als de batterij bij lage temperaturen gebruikt wordt, neemt de capaciteit af. Laad de batterij op bij een temperatuur tussen +5 C en +45 C. De batterij van uw zendende apparaat recyclen De batterij in uw zendende apparaat moet op de juiste wijze worden afgedankt en mag nooit bij het huisvuil belanden. Taking care of your device Do not expose your device to levels of dust, dirt, liquid, moisture or humidity above or outside the intended use. Only Sony Mobile repair partners should perform service and/or remove or replace the battery. Radio frequency exposure Your transmitting device is a radio transmitter and receiver. When in operation, it communicates with a transmitting equipped mobile device by receiving and transmitting radio frequency (RF) electromagnetic fields (microwaves) in the frequency range 2400 to 2500 MHz. The output power of the radio transmitter is low, 0.01 watt. Your transmitting device is designed to operate in compliance with the RF exposure guidelines and limits set by national authorities and international health agencies when used with any compatible Sony mobile device. However, certain electronic equipment is not, therefore: Do not use your device near medical equipment without requesting permission. For use in proximity to personal medical devices, please consult a physician and the medical device manufacturer. Check with your vehicle manufacturer s representative to be sure that your transmitting device will not affect the electronic systems in your vehicle. Turn off all your electronic devices when in a blasting area or in areas posted turn off twoway radio to avoid interfering with blasting operations. Power supply Connect the AC power adapter only to designated power sources as marked on the device. To reduce risk of damage to the electric cord, remove it from the outlet by holding onto the AC adapter rather than the cord. Make sure the cord is positioned so that it will not be stepped on, tripped over or otherwise subjected to damage or stress. To reduce risk of electric shock, unplug the unit from any power source before attempting to clean it. The AC power adapter must not be used outdoors or in damp areas. Warning! Never alter the AC cord or plug. If the plug will not fit into the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. Improper connection can result in risk of electric shock. Emergency calls (applicable for Bluetooth Headsets) Bluetooth handsfree and the electronic device connected to such handsfree operate using radio signals, cellular and landline networks as well as user-programmed functions, which cannot guarantee connection under all conditions. Therefore, Sony Mobile recommends using the mobile phone directly for essential communications (e.g. medical emergencies). Battery information A rechargeable battery has a long service life if treated properly. Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures, never above +55 C (+131 F). For maximum battery capacity, use the battery in room temperature. If the battery is used in lowtemperatures, the battery capacity will be reduced. Recycling the battery in your transmitting device The battery in your transmitting device must be disposed of properly and should never be placed in municipal waste.
