Gebruik en de luchtvering op spanning zetten. Lees eerst de onderstaande instructies voordat U begint! Schuif de pompnaald of manometer voorzichtig onder een hoek van 90 volledig in de ventielopening. (zie onder k). Als U tijdens het insteken van de naald veel weerstand ondervindt, smeer dan eerst de naald van de pomp met enkele druppels siliconen spray/olie, PTFE (Teflon) olie, WD40 olie of glycerine, zodat er bijna geen weerstand is tijdens het insteken van de naald. (zie onder j). Tip: Spuit wat siliconenolie op de naald zodat er enkele druppels aan blijven hangen, steek dan de naald in ventielopening en herhaal dit enkele keren. Geen olie in het ventielgat spuiten! Zonder smering kan het ventiel van de luchtvering losraken, beschadigd worden en lekkage optreden. Als de naald tot het einde is ingebracht zal het oppompen en aflaten van de druk zonder veel inspanning verlopen. Pomp de twee luchtveringen op tot de max. 0,3 bar. (4,35 psi) Bij een persoonlijk gewicht van 80 kg is de aanbevolen druk 0,2 bar (3 psi). Voor 90 kg en hoger zal 0,3 bar voldoende zijn. Breng de twee luchtveringen op gelijke spanning met behulp van DGS manometer (ref.14029). Niet op de bovenplaat van de gaan staan. Gebruik bij voorkeur de opstap ref. CP-OS om op en af te stappen. Gebruik bij voorkeur een BIKEACCES voorwieltafel, ref. CP-VT of voorwieltafel met laptopblad ref. CP-VTL, om het hoogteverschil bij gebruik van de op te heffen. Door de spanning van de luchtvering kunnen de boven- en onderplaat enigzins doorbuigen, dit is normaal. Indien er lange tijd geen gebruik wordt gemaakt van de wordt aanbevolen de druk af te laten tot +/- 0,05 bar (0,7psi). Use and inflating air suspension. Please read the instruction below before you start. Insert the pump or pressure gauge needle carfully at an angle of 90 complete in valve hole. (see below k) If you encounter much resistance during insertion of the needle, then first lubricate the needle with a few drops of silicone oil, PTFE (Teflon) oil, WD40 oil or glycerine so that there is almost no resistance during the insertion of the needle. (see below j) Tip: Spray some silicone oil on the needle so that a few drops are staying to the needle, insert the needle in the valve and repeat this several times. Do not spray oil direct in the valve hole! Without lubrication, the valve of the suspension can be damaged and may accur leakage. If the needle is inserted until the end inflating and deflating of the pressure will go easily. Inflate the two air suspensions up to max. 0,3 bar (4,35 psi) With a personal weight of 80 kg the recommended pressure is 0.2 bar (3 psi). For 90 kg. and higher 0,3 bar will be sufficient. For 90 kg and above 0.3 bar will be sufficient. Deflate the two air suspensions on equal pressure so that the plate comes horizontally or do this preferably using DGS pressure gauge (Accessory REF. 14029). Do not step on the top plate of the. Preferably use the step, ref. CP-OS, for safe on and off your bike. We recommend our BIKE ACCES front wheel table, ref. CP-VT or front wheel laptop table, ref. CP-VTL, to eliminate the difference in height when using the. Due to the power of the air suspension the top and bottom plate could be slightly bend, this is normal.
