1 Installatie en gebruikershandleiding Deze Installatie en gebruikershandleiding is met de grootse zorg samengesteld. De wordt plug & play geleverd zodat u met beperkte computerkennis dit systeem kunt installeren en in werking kunt stellen. Indien u dieper ingaat in de programmeringen roept u hulp in van een systeembeheerder. Op aanvraag is ook een uitgebreidere handleiding beschikbaar. 2 ALGEMENE informatie De RUKRA VOIP / PSTN interface is ontworpen om analoge PSTN lifttelefoons via uw VOIP netwerk te laten bellen. De RUKRA VOIP / PSTN interface is plug & play en aan de aangesloten RUKRA Lifttelefoons hoeven geen wijzigingen in de programmering te worden uitgevoerd. De RUKRA VOIP / PSTN interface is voorzien van een eigen testmelding. Dit betekend dat de RUKRA VOIP / PSTN interface een pingbericht verzend naar de uw provider. Indien u een SIP account met telefoonnummer van RUKRA afneemt controleren wij constant de internetverbinding, bij het wegvallen van de verbinding ontvangt u van ons een . De RUKRA VOIP / PSTN interface moet worden aangesloten op een spanning van 230V AC. Er is een interne accu geplaatst die het systeem minimaal 1 uur van spanning voorziet in het geval dat er zich een stroomstoring voordoet. Als de 230V AC voedingsspanning wegvalt zal er een uitgang actief worden, hierop kunt u een alarmbel of iets dergelijks aansluiten of u verbindt de uitgang met de RUKRA lifttelefoon die de foutmelding dan doorgeeft aan het RUKRA callcenter. De accu wordt constant geladen met 13,6 volt, door het intelligente laatcircuit zal de laadstroom meer of minder worden naar gelang de accu vol of leeg is. Zo beschikt u altijd over een volle accu en zal deze niet overladen worden. De laadtijd bedraagt ongeveer 6 uur als de accu geheel leeg is. Een volle accu geeft minimaal 1 uur stroom aan de RUKRA VOIP interface. De RUKRA VOIP / PSTN interface is standaard ingesteld als DHCP zodat als deze aangesloten wordt op het netwerk de interface geen andere programmeringen nodig heeft als de SIP gegevens en wachtwoord. Als de SIP gegevens door RUKRA worden geleverd hoeft u deze niet te programmeren. Als u uw SIP gegevens bij RUKRA aanlevert zorgen wij voor de programmering. De RUKRA VOIP / PSTN interface is geprogrammeerd met de unieke RUKRA Configuratiegegevens en speciaal aangepaste toon en frequentie instellingen. Deze instellingen mogen nooit gewijzigd worden omdat de aangesloten apparatuur dan storingen kan vertonen. Copieren of openbaren van deze gegevens zijn te achterhalen. Alle getoonde informatie is zeer vertrouwelijk en mag op generlei wijze openbaar gemaakt, uitgegeven of gekopieerd worden. U bent als eigenaar / installateur zelf verantwoordelijk voor het gebruik van de configuratiegegevens. Bij misbruik zal vervolging plaatsvinden volgens het Nederlands strafrecht. 2

4 Basis functies Understanding Voice Prompt has a built-in voice prompt menu for simple device configuration. The IVR menu and the LED button work with any of the FXS port. Pick up the handset and dial *** to use the IVR menu. 5 Direct IP oproep Direct IP calling allows two parties, that is, a FXS Port with an analog phone and another RUKRA VoIP Device, to talk to each other in an ad hoc fashion without a SIP proxy. Elements necessary to completing a Direct IP Call: 1. Both RUKRA VoIP Device and other VoIP Device, have public IP addresses, or 2. Both RUKRA VoIP Device and other VoIP Device are on the same LAN using private IP addresses, or 3. Both RUKRA VoIP Device and other VoIP Device can be connected through a router using public or private IP addresses (with necessary port forwarding or DMZ). RUKRA VoIP Device supports two ways to make Direct IP Calling: Using Star Code 1. Pick up the analog phone then dial *47 2. Enter the target IP address. Note: NO dial tone will be played between step 1 and 2. NOTE: When completing direct IP call, the Use Random Port should set to NO. You cannot make direct IP calls between FXS1 to FXS2 since they are using same IP. Configuratie van de via Web Browser RUKRA VoIP Device has an embedded Web server that will respond to HTTP GET/POST requests. It also has embedded HTML pages that allow users to configure the RUKRA VoIP Device through a web browser such as Microsoft s IE, AOL s Netscape or Mozilla Firefox installed on Windows or Unix OS. (Macintosh OS is not included). ACCESS THE WEB CONFIGURATION MENU The RUKRA VoIP Device HTML configuration page can be accessed via LAN or WAN ports. FROM THE LAN PORT: 1. Directly connect a computer to the LAN port 2. Open a command window on the computer 3. Type in ipconfig /release, the IP address etc becomes 0 4. Type in ipconfig /renew, the computer gets an IP address in x segment by default 5. Open a web browser, type in the default IP address of the LAN port. You will see the log in page of the device. FROM THE WAN PORT: 1. Follow table 4 to find the WAN side IP address. 2. Open a web browser, type in the WAN side IP address for example: Address Note: WAN side HTTP access is disabled by default for security reason. You can enable HTTP access on the configuration page by setting WAN side HTTP access to be YES. Initial access to the configuration pages is always from the LAN port. The instructions are listed above. The IVR announces 12 digits IP address, you need to strip out the leading 0 in the IP address. For ex. IP address: , you need to type in in the web browser.
