2 Voorwoord Voetbalplezier, ambitie en respect voor elkaar; die waarden staan centraal op HC & FC Victoria s internationale jeugdtoernooi The Good Old by Lakes. Ook dit paasweekeinde - zaterdag en zondag april - zijn weer veel toekomstige topspelers op onze velden te bewonderen. Met voetballertjes van clubs als PSV, Feyenoord, KV Mechelen, Bröndby en Schalke 0. En natuurlijk niet te vergeten onze eigen 09 (F) en 0 (E)-spelers staat The Good Old by Lakes garant voor twee dagen aantrekkelijk voetbal en een hoop sportiviteit. Een groot evenement als The Good Old by Lakes kan niet plaatsvinden zonder betrokken trainers en coaches, ambitieuze voetballers, hard werkende vrijwilligers en een enthousiast publiek. Ik bedank iedereen voor zijn bijdrage aan een ongetwijfeld geslaagd toernooi en wens u allen veel plezier! This Easter weekend Saturday th and Sunday th April we will be showcasing the football skills of upand-coming football talents from clubs such as PSV, Feyenoord, KV Mechelen, Bröndby and Schalke 0 and our own boys Under 9 and Under teams. The Good Old by Lakes guarantees two days of spectacular football matches as well as good sportsmanship. A large event such as The Good Old by Lakes cannot take place without the trainers, coaches and ambitious players of the participating teams, nor without the many hard-working volunteers and an enthusiastic public. 8 Dit toernooi wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door: TOURNAMENT RULES INT. U9 and U TOURNAMENT th & th APRIL 07 LOOSDRECHT. Present All teams/coaches need to report to the secretariat at least 0 minutes before their first match of the tournament. Teams must also arrive minutes before their match at the designated field.. Eligibility of players All players born on or after are eligible to play in the Under 9 tournament (Saturday). All players born on or after are eligible to play in the Under tournament (Sunday). A list of all players names and dates of birth must be provided before the start of the tournament.. Match duration We play 8 vs 8 on a half field. The group matches last x minutes. Matches will be lead by HC & FC Victoria 89 referees. The first named (home) team chooses the direction of play, the second named (away) team kicks off. A. Back-pass During the tournament a backwards-pass may be played into the hands of the goalkeeper.. Scoring All teams are placed in one of four poules consisting of six teams. All teams within a group will play against all other teams. After all games have been played, positions and from each group go through to the cross-finals for places to 8, positions and from each group go through to the cross-finals for places 9 to, and to the places 7 t/m. If more than one team in a group finishes with the same number of points, then the position in the group will be decided by: - The mutual result - Goal difference - The team with the most goals scored If none of the above provide a winner, than penalties (*) are taken. In all matches where a winner is required, and there is no outright winner in normal play, then penalties (*) will be taken to obtain a winner. There will be no extra time played, except in the final. Here extra time will be x minutes. * Penalties should be taken by different players, who participated in that game. If after the first series of penalties there is no winner, then the penalty shootout continue with alternate penalties taken by players who have not already taken a penalty.. Clothing Each team must have an alternate team strip. The team that is named first in the competition program should play in the alternate team strip if required.. Disciplinary sanctions - A player who receives a yellow card, is noted by the referee and reported to the tournament management. - A second yellow card means a red card and that player is suspended for rest of that game and the next game. - A direct red card means that player is suspended for rest of that game, the next game and depending on the severity of the offence, the referee, in consultation with the tournament committee, can decide to impose a heavier penalty. 7. Other provisions Joer International and HC & FC Victoria 89 take no responsibility for any loss and / or damage during, before and after the tournament. In the event that these regulations do not cover a particular situation, the tournament director will decide.
