Jaarlijks 60 studenten. 3 maandelijkse studie in Bangkok. PolioPlus In 1985, heeft Rotary het initiatief genomen voor een internationale actie om Polio wereldwijd te beheersen. 25 jaar, 210 landen, 2 miljard kinderen gevaccineerd Slachtoffers van 1.000/dag naar 200/jaar. 17 VTT GLOBAL GRANT VOCATIONAL TRAINING TEAMS Vocational Oppo Team Size Rotarians Either receiving or provide training. Minimum one team leader, Rotarian or non-rotarian, and two non-rotarian participant. In addition to serving as teamleaders, Rotarians may partic!pate on vocational training teams that are providing training, if they have the needed skills. TITLE 17

18 VTT GLOBAL GRANT VOCATIONAL TRAINING TEAMS Voorbeelden: Rotarians + health care profs, from California, conducted a workshop for health care workers in Monrovia, Liberia. Rotarians from Taiwan developed a cattle distribution program with training in cow management and nutrition in Pune, India. Rotarians from France bought equipment and established a training program on public health and nutrition for a pediatric health center in Kpalimé, Togo. TITLE 18
