18 Management Structure Our Management Model is based on the following principles: The Customer Business Director will be fully responsible for service delivery. The individual Site Managers will report into the Customer Business Director Central Technical Support Group including a self performance team to carry out Air Conditioning, BMS, Security and Fire System maintenance across the four sites, this reduces reliance on subcontractors Other functions driven out from the Central Technical Support Group will be: Compliance Condition Based Maintenance Work Planning Benefits: Consistent approach in terms of service delivery across all sites Compliance with Contract Single Point of Contact for Shell 18

BMS, Security and Fire System maintenance across the four sites, this reduces reliance on subcontractors Other functions driven out from the Central Technical Support Group

24 Contract scope We will be providing a significant number of projects to Shell as well as hard facilities management services: Mechanical and engineering Building fabric HVAC Lift maintenance Critical systems Civil works Handy-man services Furniture management Grounds maintenance Moves and changes 24

25 Strategy around self-performance & subcontracting for Shell Maximise self perform (54%) of all Hard Services activities through the site teams. For those services which require specialist knowledge/expertise we will use approved suppliers. Grounds & landscaping services will be subcontracted. For Projects small works will be undertaken by the Account. Larger scale projects by 3 rd parties.
