To pay in non euro-zone currencies, please use You can pay in your own currency using your debit card or by normal bank transfer with minimal fee. It s easy to set up: you only need Anthony s IBAN & BIC.

6 It is also possible to pay for Anthony s classes with a credit card, using the card for either a deposit or a full payment. To do this, use PayPal ( Paypal fees will be subtracted from the amount you send, and so you will be credited with the net amount of the transfer. For all classes by teacher Gailynn Carroll, go to her webpage and pay your fees for class. 4. Await your confirmation of participation and/or payment. Please note that the processing of your payment may take some time. Concerning payments & Other Need to Knows An early booking discount applies, for when your deposit is received earlier than 30 days before the start of the training. After the deposit is paid and your registration for the training is confirmed, you re expected to pay the balance on the morning on the first day of class, before class starts. Please bring the payment in exact change. Alternatively, transfer the balance before class, instead of bringing the payment in cash. You will not receive a separate confirmation of payment of your deposit. Please bring a proof of payment with you to class on the morning of the first day, to ensure that it s properly registered and can be confirmed. This proof of payment can be print-out from your computer or can simply be shown on the smart phone as well. During the training you receive a receipt for your payment. For those students to whom this applies, please keep in mind that VortexHealing classes are V.A.T.-exempt. All prices mentioned are subject to change in case the prices of the class venue is raised. 8 VortexHealing Betalingsvoorwaarden* [Versie van 18 nov 14] Vroegboek-kortingen: Deze gelden wanneer de aanbetaling tenminste één maand voor aanvang van de training is ontvangen. De kortingen zijn: $50 / 40 / 30 voor trainingen van 3-7 dagen; $30 / 25 / 20 voor kortere trainingen; Aanbetalingen: $300 / 250 / 150voor trainingen van 4-12 dagen; $200 / 150 / 100 voor trainingen van drie dagen; Volledige betaling is vereist voor één- en tweedaagse trainingen. De helft hiervan wordt beschouwd als aanbetaling, de helft als restbetaling. Terugboeking van aanbetalingen: Administratiekosten bedragen $30 / 25 / 20. Alle restsom -betalingen, betalingen groter dan de vereiste aanbetalingen, zijn terugvorderbaar. Voor terugboeking van de aanbetaling geldt: Bij een aanvraag tot terugboeking minstens een maand voor aanvang van de trainingen wordt de gehele aanbetaling teruggeboekt, met inhouding van de administratiekosten. Bij een aanvraag tot terugboeking tussen vier en twee weken voor aanvang van de training wordt de helft van de aanbetaling teruggeboekt, met inhouding van de administratiekosten. Bij een aanvraag tot terugboeking binnen twee weken voor de training geldt dat de aanbetaling niet terug te vorderen is. Wanneer een training is gestart, zijn aanbetaling noch restbetaling terug te vorderen. Aankomst en vertrek: Bij te laat arriveren in de cursus op de eerste dag heeft de docent het recht de toegang tot de cursus te ontzeggen en de student als niet verschenen te beschouwen. De reden hiervoor is voornamelijk dat deze persoon niet in het energetisch proces van de cursus is kunnen starten, waardoor vervolg zinloos is. Bij vroegtijdig vertrek uit een cursus heeft een student geen recht op terugbetalingen. Eventueel vroegtijdig vertrek dient ten alle tijden met de docent overlegd te worden. Ook hier is de reden voornamelijk dat de persoon in het energetisch proces van de cursus betrokken dient te zijn om deze te kunnen voltooien. Bij overtreding van reglement omtrent drugsgebruik dient een student de cursus te verlaten, zonder dat er terugbetaling van cursugeld plaatsvindt. Overboeken van aanbetalingen naar een andere cursus: Aanbetalingen kunnen enkel worden overgeboekt naar trainingen die door dezelfde docent worden gegeven. Gedane aanbetalingen kunnen niet worden teruggevorderd; deze dienen te worden gebruikt als [deel van de] betaling voor een training. Bij een aanvraag tot overboeking minstens een maand voor aanvang van de trainingen wordt de gehele aanbetaling overgeheveld. Bij een aanvraag tot overboeking tussen vier en twee weken voor aanvang van de training wordt de helft van de aanbetaling overgeheveld. Bij een aanvraag tot overboeking binnen twee weken voor de training geldt dat de aanbetaling niet overgeheveld of teruggevorderd kan worden. Wanneer een aanbetaling meermalen wordt overgeboekt, is enkel de eerste keer vrij van administratiekosten. Tevens geldt dat de aanbetaling binnen vier jaar na de geannuleerde training gebruikt moet zijn. Uitzonderingen, kinderen, tieners en herhalers: Voor kinderen en tieners [<18 jr] geldt een korting van 30% op de trainingkosten. De korting geldt niet accommodatie- en verblijfskosten. Voor aanbetalingen geldt het bovenstaande. Herhalers van trainingen ontvangen een korting van 25%, in het geval er plaats is in de training. De korting geldt niet accommodatieen verblijfskosten. Er is geen korting voor herhalers voor de Karmic Intensive, EarthShift Intensive, Embodiment, Deepening met Merlin of voor Fascia Unwinding. Voor aanbetalingen geldt het bovenstaande. Betalingen per bank / met credit card Wanneer via een banktransactie wordt betaald, of met een credit card wordt betaald via PayPal, zijn eventuele extra kosten voor de deelnemer. Beleid ten aanzien van annuleringen van trainingen en veranderingen van trainingsdata Alle aanbetalingen en restsom-betalingen kunnen volledig worden teruggevorderd in de gevallen dat: - een training meer dan drie maanden voor de geplande datum geannuleerd wordt of de geplande data worden gewijzigd. - dat er een te klein aantal aanmeldingen voor de training is, waardoor deze geannuleerd wordt. - onvoorziene omstandigheden buiten de invloed van de docent ertoe leiden dat een training geannuleerd wordt. - een noodgeval tijdens een training ertoe noodzaakt de training te stoppen. De student is zelf verantwoordelijk voor gemaakte reis- en verblijfskosten en andere aanverwante kosten of of extra onvoorziene kosten welke kunnen voorvloeien uit de annulering van de training. Als een docent vanwege een noodgeval de cursus blijkt te moeten verlaten, zal hij ofzij trachten een vervangende docent te regelen. Mocht dit niet lukken, worden de betaalde cursusgelden terugbetaald. De student blijft verantwoordelijk voor overige gemaakte kosten. * Deze betalingsvoorwaarden gelden, tenzij er andere specifieke en / of persoonlijke regelingen zijn overeengekomen.

9 VortexHealing Deposit and Refund Policy* [Updated Nov 18, 2014] Early Registration Discounts: are offered when deposits are received by 1 month before the start of class. The discounts are: $50 / 40 EU / 30 for 3-7 day classes /// $30 / 25 EU / 20 for shorter classes. For most 7-day or longer classes (check with organizer as to which ones), a $25/ / 20 EU / 15 discount is given for deposits received by a month before class and another $25 / 20 EU / 15 discount is given for full balances paid by 2 weeks before the start of class. Deposits Amounts: $300 / 250 EU / 150 for 4-12 day classes /// $200 / 150 EU / 100 for 3 day classes; Full payment for 1 and 2-day classes (ó of which is deposit for refund purposes, and ó of which is balance ). Refund of Deposits: Administration fees are $30 / 25 EU / 20. Any balance payments, in excess of required deposits, are fully refundable. Refunds requested prior to a month before the class: full refund less the admin fee. Requested prior to 2 weeks before class: ó the deposit refunded, less the admin fee. Requested less than 2 weeks before class: deposits are nonrefundable. Once class has begun, all tuition payments (deposits + balances) are Non-Refundable. Late Arrivals on First Day may not be admitted to class and may be treated as a no-show. Early Departures: for class credit, students cannot miss any part of a class without teacher s ok. If a student does not complete the class due to missed segments, tuition payments are non-refundable. Transfer of Deposits to Another Class: Deposits may be transferred only to classes taught by the same teacher. Once a deposit is transferred, it is non-refundable; it must be used for a class. Requested prior to one month before the class: transfer of full amount of deposit. Requested prior to 2 weeks before the class: 1/2 of deposit transferred. Requested within 2 weeks of the start of class: the deposit is Non-Transferable/ Non-Refundable. If transferred more than once, only the first deposit is free of admin fees & must be used within 4 years of the original canceled class. Exceptions, Children & Teenagers, and Repeaters: Tuition for Children & Teenagers under 18 years old is 30% off. Deposits are as above. Repeaters of any class except Karmic Intensives, Earthshift Intensives, Embodiment classes and Unwinding Fascia receive 25% off tuition, if there is space. Students who have done Inner Veil class & are sitting in on advanced awakening classes for which they don t have full pre-requisites receive a repeater s discount of 25%. Payment by Credit Card & 3rd Party: If the credit card used is foreign relative to the country of the bank that it must be processed through, a foreign transaction fee will be added to the amount. If a 3rd party, such as PayPal, is used to process the card, their fees may be added to the amount. Bounced Checks: Each bounced check incurs an Admin fee charge of $30 / 25 EU / 20. Class Cancelation and Date-Change Policies Policy : Airline tickets should not be purchased earlier than 3 months before a class date. Occasionally, low registration or other circumstances may force a cancellation or re-scheduling even closer than 3 months. In such situations, all payments can be refunded, but the student is responsible for the costs of canceled or re-booked travel arrangements and for any other costs incurred. If some kind of emergency forces the teacher to leave in the middle of the class, the teacher will try to find another Vortex teacher to take their spot. If this is not possible, then tuition payments will be refunded but students will still be responsible for other costs incurred. Violation of Class Drug-Use Policy: Student will need to drop out of class, with no refund of tuition. * Unless other arrangements are agreed to at the time of booking.
