30 Met DSM zit je in kern van smart grid Een smart grid: is een energienetwerk dat nieuwe technologieën inzet om: de integratie van hernieuwbare energie te vergemakkelijken het actief schuiven met de vraag naar energie mogelijk te maken het tijdelijk opslaan van energie mogelijk te maken om zo de betrouwbaarheid van de energievoorziening te waarborgen de variabele pieken en dalen in stroomproductie op te vangen de energiefactuur van gezinnen en bedrijven te verlagen de energie-efficiëntie te verhogen Tot de onderdelen van een smart grid behoren onder meer sensoren, slimme meters, batterijen, laadpalen voor elektrische voertuigen, intelligente transformatoren, communicatiemiddelen en heel veel software.

44 LADM concept (Levering Achter De Meter)... Kostprijs van stroom geleverd vanuit het net is functie van 2 elementen: Volume Profiel of de voorspelbaarheid van het verbruik. M3 Public grid M1 Injection M2 Supply Door decentrale productie zal het volume van de stroom niet alleen verminderen maar zal ook het profiel minder gunstig worden. Deze additionele onbalanspremies kunnen hoog zijn en een deel van de besparing op vlak van distributie kosten teniet doen. Om deze bijkomende kosten te vermijden heeft Eneco, als enige op de markt, het concept LADM ontwikkeld

48 PV op vandaag in Vlaanderen... Steunmechanisme Is een complex gegeven geworden, streefdoel is rendement 5% op 15 jaar Iedere 6 maanden wordt een nieuw tarief vastgelegd. Dit tarief wordt berekend op basis van het onrendabele topmodel. Bandingfactor: 0,72 (functie vermogen) 1 GSC = 93 (gegarandeerd door de netbeheerder) Steun: bandingfactor * waarde v/d GSC = 0,72*93 = 66,96 /MWh Een injectie taks van +/- 3 /MWh Steun gedurende 15 jaar Het uiteindelijke doel is grid-parity: zonder ondersteuning rendabel kunnen investeren

Voorbereiding: Netstudie bij de netbeheerder (mogelijkheden van het net) Stabiliteitsstudie (draagkracht van het dak) Opstellen van financieel plan (investerings- en onderhoudskosten) Prijsaanvragen Contracting met garantiebepalingen op: - Panelen - Omvormers - Structuren - Opbrengstgaranties Bouwfase: Werfopvolging Exploitatiefase: - Opvolgen van de werking en de opbrengsten van de installatie - Onderhoud (o.a. reinigen van panelen, jaarlijkse inspectie)

50 warmteontwikkelingen... Kader Restwarmtegebruik maakt grote CO2 reductie mogelijk aan relatief lage kostprijs. Tot 1/14 t.o.v. andere bronnen om rendabel te zijn. Dit inzicht heeft ertoe geleid dat de EU restwarmtegebruik wil stimuleren. Deze visie vertaald zich in lokale wetgeving en ondersteuning. In Vlaanderen schat het Vito dat, om te voldoen aan de vereiste 13% hernieuwbare energie tegen 2020, deze voor 50% zou kunnen ingevuld worden door groene warmte. Hiervoor dient het huidige volume aan groene warmte x Het steunmechanisme bestaat uit een 6 maandelijkse oproep voor projecten >1MW. Projecten die met het minste steun kunnen gerealiseerd worden krijgen steun.....

51 Warmteontwikkelingen... Als gevolg van de wetgevende evolutie en de technologische maturiteit beweegt de markt in Vlaanderen. Bestaande projecten, zoals Mirom in Roeselare, breiden voor het eerst in jaren uit. Tal van nieuwe projecten dienen zich aan projecten die zich enerzijds richten op stadverwarming anderzijds op industriële schaal. Antwerpen Zuid (stadkernvernieuwing) Haven van Antwerpen, Haven van Gent, POM-Limburg, POM-West- Vlaanderen,.. Eneco heeft, als marktleider in Nederland, ambities op de Belgische markt dit als investeerder en als service verlener
